You can [[Ask command|ASK]] ABOUT LEARNING <LANGUAGE> to learn a new language and you can [[Ask command|ASK]] ABOUT FORGETTING <LANGUAGE> to forget the language you want. You cannot forget learning Common nor your native language.

You will not be able to learn a new language if you have [[Aura of Tongues]] active.
