Premium raffles

Premium raffles are held in Jisi's wagon on Fang Cove. These raffles are different from the monthly Premium token raffles. Raffle tickets sold in Jisi's Wagon cost two gold Dokoras, and will autmoatically send a runner for funds from either your Fang Cove or Shard bank account.
