A festival is a gathering of merchants and festivities to celebrate a particular event. Oftentimes it's a real life holiday that is folded into the IC lore (such as the Hollow Eve Festival). Festivals generally include a number of limited-time shops, an alteration session or two, and sometimes games and other fun events. See the list below for details on each one in particular.
