Stamina is a character's ability to perform strenuous activities (such as fighting) over a long period of time.
Uses
- Increases Vitality pool and speed of vitality recovery
Combat:
- Increases fatigue recovery[1] and Fatigue pool size.[2]
- Reduces Fatigue cost when completing combat actions.[3][4][5]
- Increases Vitality and, indirectly, reduces damage from completed attacks.[6]
- Improves Evasion skill indirectly by reducing Encumbrance
- Increases accuracy of certain brawling commands.
- Used offensively in Power contested spells[7]
- Used defensively in Fortitude defenses.[8]
