Crime in Elanthia is regulated by the justice systems of the various provinces and local villages. The JUSTICE verb will tell you if the area has justice enforced or if it is a lawless area. If you are wanted guards will, in time, capture you as you pass. If you wish to surrender yourself to clear charges against you, you may do so with the SURRENDER command.
