Ilaya Taipa is a small riverfront trading town that is also the home to many River Elves. Ilaya Taipa also serves as a border town in Zoluren to Forfedhdar. The majority of the traffic coming through Ilaya Taipa are people who wish to travel from one of the mentioned provinces to another.

Government Type
Ilaya Taipa is governed by a council of elders who no longer work the town's ships. The elders act as mediators, teachers, and act when deals must be made with outsiders. As with all who fall within the province of Zoluren, they are still subject to the provincial rulership. When needed, the Ilaya Taipa Council Hall will serve as the meeting room or for community events.
