Found at most festivals, Greeters are periodically found wandering the various festival grounds to offer help and give out gifts!
Greeters are GMPC-type characters that are often animated by a GameMaster, GameHost or a Mentor. They each have distinct personalities and unlike with other high profile GMPC characters, a Greeter can be treated in a more casual manner by players. While roleplay is encouraged, if you need to ask a question, a politely worded OOC WHISPER is appropriate.
