The Order of the White Rose strives to promote racial unity, reunification of the Empire of the Seven Pointed Star and education of the masses as well as aiding those adventurers in need of assistance.
The Order of the White Rose provides trauma teams for those times of need, holds teaching sessions to educate on racial unity and the Empire of the Seven Pointed Star, searches for lost relics of the Empire and coordinates social gatherings for members and non-members alike.

Charter and By-laws
The White Rose Order Charter and By-laws: From the Order Headquarters Library in The Crossing.
This book may be outdated. There is another version of the bylaws, which is not available to the public. The second version differs from the library version in the following ways:
- A new list of six council positions: Recruiting Director and Assistant, Mentoring Director and Assistant, Medical Director and Assistant, Social Director and Assistant, Military Liaison, and Ambassador.
- A list of six "Specialist" positions: Secretary, Team Leaders, Guild Instructors, Race Sages, Seven-Star Historian, and Master/Mistress of Ceremony.
- The council is only required to meet once per month. (The library version required an official Council meeting every two weeks.)
- The number of mandatory events has been reduced from four per month to two per month.
- Members who are accused of breaking the laws of the Order will have the right to a trial before the Council. (The library version is silent on this issue.)
- A quorum is defined as a majority of seated councilors. (The library version did not define a quorum.)
- The council may authorize loans to members. (The library version forbids all loans.)
- Sponsorship is no longer required. (Instead of finding a sponsor and having the sponsor notify council, the recruit merely needs to submit an application.)
The provisions governing the appointment, removal, and voting of council are identical. Both versions vest the power to amend the bylaws in the council (with the approval of the orders GM).
Insignia
- The petals are soft and delicate to the touch reaching out from one another and creating the illusion of outstretched hands waiting to guide and help. Engraved along the points of the platinum star a flowing script surrounds the phrase "Order of the White Rose."
- A white silk rose reads:
- "Olkar Haleen, Blar Fostra, Mivar Feas, Alrar Abues"
Official Description: The Order's full achievement of arms consists of a shield of silver and black parted per bend and charged with a white rose and a platinum seven-pointed star lying in pale. The helm is adorned by a Phoenix in flames. Supporting the shield are a white Unicorn with a golden horn and hooves and a gold Dragon. Two banners bear the Order's motto in Gamgweth and Common: "Olkar Haleen, Blar Fostra, Mivar Feas, Alrar Abues; Hold Respect, Guard Peace, Know Honor, Teach Love."
Blazon: Per bend, Argent and Sable, in pale, a rose slipped and leaved and a mullet inverted of seven points of the first. Crest: a phoenix in flames proper. Supporters: dexter, a unicorn reguardant armed and hoofed Or; sinister, a dragon reguardant Or. Motto: Olkar Haleen, Blar Fostra, Mivar Feas, Alrar Abues; Hold Respect, Guard Peace, Know Honor, Teach Love.
