However, if you DO decide that you want your old character back, Simutronics offers Character Restorals for a fee. For a deposit to begin the investigation and an additional fee of to deliver the restored character to your account. This option is as easy as emailing Feedback at with their email address found under the verb EMAIL.

Rerolling Characters

When you use CHECK IN REROLL or RETIRE you will be starting the game from scratch.

When you reroll your character using REROLL or RETIRE, your character is reset and you lose essentially everything (race, features, experience, guild, abilities, coins, items, vaults, and more). You will keep your home (if you have one), and Premium players will keep their vault. A REROLL lets you keep your name, whereas a RETIRE requires you to choose a new name. There are also enhanced reroll options that allow you to keep more through the process. Note that those are paid convenience options that require SimuCoins to use!

Note: Any reroll option that changes your character name will result in losing any titles in the custom category, as they are tied to the character name.

Standard Check In

Default options, using CHECK IN REROLL or CHECK IN RETIRE
