There are 19 skills in the Weapon skillset. Only Barbarians have Weapons as their primary skillset, though Bards, Thieves, Paladins, Rangers, Clerics, and Warrior Mages have it as a secondary skillset.
While most skills are specific to their individual weapon use in combat (either in use to parry or attack with) -- and one (Expertise) that is unique to Barbarians -- there are three mastery skills that moderate multiple weapon skills: Melee Mastery, Missile Mastery, and Offhand Weapon.
