He is Dragon Priest Eskerith Krathkal, Pejek'zhra of Muspar'i, a S'Kra Mur Empath.

Eskerith's eyes are lost within the hollow sockets of a forbidding dragon-skull mask. His lips are barely visible, framed by a maw of long teeth. Twisting out from the forehead, twin horns arc in regal courses above his head, lending an air of might to his silhouette.

He is in good shape.

As a member of the Dragon Priests, Eskerith dresses in a religious manner and adorns himself with many trappings that proclaim his faith in the World Dragon.

Attire

He is wearing a forbidding dragon-skull mask with long teeth and majestically sweeping horns, a dark-scaled desert shroud clasped by a heavy iron yeehar cloak pin, a dark steel chain crafted from interlocking links of discolored metal, a dragon-embroidered cassock of copper Velakan linen overlain with pale khiynit, a simple niello ring, a faded black prayer sash embroidered with a fierce dragon, a shrunken yeehar skull with twin howlite spheres set into the eye sockets, some sand-hued Velakan linen pants, a pair of brown yeehar-hide sandals with rawhide straps and a dark steel tailband embossed with a black-on-black niello dragon.

History

Eskerith was raised in the desert city of Muspar'i and worshiped at the World Dragon Temple since birth, having an extensive family history of attendance there which dates back to the founding of the city itself. When he reached his twenties, he ventured out in the greater Elanthian landscape to both learn more about the world and to make a name for himself. Having joined the Empath's Guild at his home, he continued that work during his travels and served as a doctor to those in need of healing as he moved from place to place.

He is a regular face in the Empath's Guild Courtyard of the city of Crossings, frequently being seen there teaching classes in forging metal to any and all who will listen. Likewise, as one of the few Dragon Priests not associated with the Dragon Priest Empire or with those who operate in Ilithi and Forfedhdar, he has become known publicly for his worship and beliefs after giving a speech about them during a meeting of the Bards Guild. Eskerith has made it known that he is willing to talk to anyone interested in knowing more and strives to spread information about the peaceful ways of the "true" Dragon Priests.

Due to the honesty and openness of his worship, he has earned ire and contempt from many Bards. Though most just choose to ignore him or avoid interaction, some have gone far enough as to make threats of serious harm should he ever turn from the path of peace. Despite this, Eskerith has found companionship with several entertainers operating in both Muspar'i and the Velakan Desert.
