Roll of the Court Advisor

The Court Advisor sits at the right hand of the Baron and serves as his voice in all matters when appropriate. A conduit by which information from the people and provincial representatives communicate with His Grace.

Court Advisor Aaiyaah Kenman, Paladin, Citizenship, Therengia.
Aaiyaah has an aristocratic face, pointed ears and piercing blue-grey eyes. His snow-white hair is shoulder length and wavy, and is worn tied back. He has warm caramel-hued skin and a broad-shouldered build. He is statuesque for an Elf.

Aaiyaah asks, "Just go ahead and getting it out of the way, Crobin?"

Crobin says, "Always best."

Ruea says to Dantia, "Thank you."

Madigan asks, "How is everyone today?"

Leayne softly says, "Wonderful."

Kintryn asks Madigan, "Not bad. Yourself?"

Crobin says, "Doing well."

Madigan says, "Doing alright LT."

Kintryn says to Madigan, "Good to hear."

You happily ask Madigan, "Got to go for a sail for Kygars. What could be better?"

Salvitoriel says, "Be right back."

Madigan says, "Top notch Kaelie. Thank you."

Atuen says to Nargles, "You have returned."

Nargles says, "I have indeed."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Hello and welcome everyone! It is so very good to see everyone! A special welcome to Northern Watch, Theren Guard, and Dragon Shield in attendance!! Please make yourselves comfortable, get your classes going, and help yourselves to all the booze on the bar or food from the sideboard that you want!"

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Agenda for today is as follows.....Welcome and introduction (what we are doing now), discussion of current events and happenings, petitions, and then open floor. However, let me make sure to inform everyone that we may at any time have fighting break out so please, be aware of your surroundings and protect yourselves at all times!"

Atuen asks Nargles, "And your bevy of rodents? they still in your compamny?"

You faithfully exclaim to Madigan, "Whenever I can you know I have it!"

Aaiyaah exclaims, "I understand that each of you could be doing any number of things right now and I want to personally thank each of you for making time to be here today! The purpose of these meetings is to help foster better communication among Therengians, allies, and friends to foster closer working relationships!"

Nargles says, "Always."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "That said, I am here at your disposal to assist you in any and all means to carry out His Grace's wishes in an effort to realize his vision for Therengia! Please do not hesitate to call on me to help in anyway possible!"

Aaiyaah asks, "With that, let us get started! Who would like to kick us off with current events?"

Dantia says, "One selfish plug, and then a few updates on the Watch."

Dantia says, "In a few days, I am hosting a Kissing Booth event to kick off my semi-annual Have-a-Heart fundraiser. For a small donation, you can be on the receiving end of a friendly kiss from either the Unicorn Barbarian himself, Golameth or from Angel, the enchanting Lunar Princess."

Dantia says, "For a week after the event I will be selling candy grams for 10 plat a piece to be delivered to the person of your choice. All funds go to restocking the Empath Healeries across the provinces."

Madigan quietly says, "I hear warstomps cost extra in addition to the cost of a Gola kiss."

Aaiyaah asks, "I still think you shoulda got Mad to be in that booth. Didnt he fetch some big coin last year doing that?"

Dantia says, "This is our primary fundraiser for the year, so I encourage people to spend freely."

Aaiyaah asks, "Or am I not remembering that right?"

Dantia says, "Madigan was far and away our big ticket item last year."

Madigan says, "We had to replace me because of the lack of sales."

Dantia says, "Golameth and Angel are both fantastic sports to volunteer for this, so I encourage folks to spend early and spend often."

Dantia says, "On the topic of the Watch, one of our most significant operational costs is for the purchase of scrolls."

Dantia says, "Quartermaster Parkons has been diligent in keeping a well-supplied stock of scrolls for our members to choose from, both for training and combat purposes."

Aaiyaah says, "Parkons, fantastic trader right there."

Aaiyaah says, "Also fun to have around when running through the pith....."

Dantia says, "This week we held the first in a series of box hunts, coordinated by Watch Member Enwah, dedicated to raising funds to go towards these efforts."

Dantia says, "I am proud to report that that box hunt only resulted in one death, that being Malkien."

Madigan quietly says, "Please remind him of that often."

Aaiyaah says, "How did he die? I mean...it has to be a story to this."

Aaiyaah says, "You know, for missive purposes..."

Dantia says to Aaiyaah, "He lost his life in a tragic picking accident."

Aaiyaah says, "A box? Noooooo."

You courteously say to Dantia, "I have a few of those Treasure Boxes to donate should Enwah need."

Aaiyaah asks, "That is all it woulda took to get the frock from him???"

Aaiyaah says, "Well, now we know...."

Dantia says, "If anyone would like to join us in one of these outings, please reach out to Enwah. They are wonderful opportunities to practice group combat, and are a great source of socialization."

Dantia says, "Lastly, the Watch would like to isse one final reminder about the upcoming performance to be held on Gyfford's bridge."

Dantia says, "The Baron's orders on necromancers in the province are very clear."

Dantia says, "Any necromancers publicly advertising their presence in the province should be prepared to face the Watch, which very likely will include violence."

Dantia says to Aaiyaah, "And that is all for the Watch today, thank you for the floor."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thank you m lady as always!"

Atuen quietly says to Reiku, "Keep an eeye on that waitress."

Aaiyaah asks, "Now, who would like the floor next?"

Madigan asks you, "Dear, Kaelie...did you spike the coffee?"

Zalinyar says, "The World Jousting Tournament has come to it's end, and what a wonderful and enlightening experience it was."

You jovially ask Madigan, "Only some of it?"

Zalinyar says, "I would like to extend a thanks, and appreciation to everyone who participated as without contestants, there would be no need for a tournament."

Clairseach says, "I really must get with someone about a horse! I missed all the funs."

Aaiyaah says, "It was a wonderful series of events Zali. Thank you so much for running it."

Zalinyar says, "Heart and Helm will go back to regularly scheduled meetings and events in a week or so."

Atuen says to Salvitoriel, "Watch your gaze."

Zalinyar exclaims, "Thank you all for your support and for believing in me!"

Atuen says to Madigan, "Careful, we dont want to prove what you are all like in your home town."

Salvitoriel says, "Yes one moment while I gather my thoughts."

Dantia says to Zalinyar, "The tournament was a highlight of society across all provinces. Thank you for all the hard work."

Atuen says to Madigan, "You are representing the Baron after all."

Zalinyar says to Dantia, "Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed it."

Ruea says to Zalinyar, "I adored watching it from a safe distance."

You kindly say to Zalinyar, "You did an amazing job coordinating with the Heralds and Contestants. Well done, you."

Salvitoriel says, "So I would like to announce that I am organizing a community meeting to discuss the events surrounding the voidgazer invasion from the other day to be held tomorrow in talberts inn."

Zalinyar says, "Our heralds did a wonderful job with commentary and keeping the spectators entertained. I have so much appreciation for them."

Salvitoriel says, "Things of a unusual nature occured during said invasion."

Salvitoriel says, "Well after being struck down in the empaths guild I belive that one of them communicated to me in my brain."

Aaiyaah asks, "Oh?"

Zalinyar says, "That would be scary."

You pityingly say to Salvitoriel, "That sounds quite horrorful."

Salvitoriel says, "Then after being dragged from the room to triage an empath suffered from some sort of malady while trying to assertain the severity of my wounds."

Zalinyar exclaims, "Oh dear!"

Salvitoriel says, "Subsequent attempts to heal from other empaths were perfecty normal."

Aaiyaah asks, "Who was the empath who was affected?"

Salvitoriel says, "So the discussion is to be at 6 bells east at talberts inn tomorrow that is all."

Salvitoriel says, "Algomen."

Salvitoriel says, "He will be present at said meeting."

Atuen asks Salvitoriel, "You were dead when it communicated with you, or your when your soul was restored?"

Salvitoriel says, "I was dead when it communicated to me."

Salvitoriel says to Atuen, "I thought i was pretty clear in my words."

Atuen says to Salvitoriel, "So it was possibly a spiritual connection...."

Aaiyaah says, "Thank you Salvi, I look forward to your meeting tomorrow. I hope everyone can come join the discussion."

Madigan says, "It is...an interesting development."

Crobin asks, "Are there ways to speak with ones spirt who is not a cleric?"

Salvitoriel says, "I don't believe this is the proper venue for disscussion feel free to attend the meeting tomorrow."

Aaiyaah asks, "Kaelie, I believe you had something m lady?"

Atuen says to Salvitoriel, "Possible, cause your mental capabilities would limit any form of sentiant connections. even when you are alive."

Salvitoriel says, "I'd not waste and further time with my matters."

Atuen says to Salvitoriel, "Your right, that is pointless."

Atuen says to Aaiyaah, "You may move on."

You joyfully say, "I would like to announce a new member to the Order of the Black Fox, Anuril. And a pre-emptive welcome to Eskila and Sonatina who have expressed joining. They want to start up some more fun Paladin and Bard lore type events."

Dantia says to Salvitoriel, "Thank you for following up on this series of strange events."

Madigan says, "Could be a key to the reason for the invasions."

Crobin says, "And why most of them start at the Empath guild."

Zalinyar says, "I wonder if there have been any visions that would associate with this."

You quietly say, "As well as trying to begin Town Hall Meetings once more in Crossing to keep ahead of some of these invasions."

Aislynn quietly asks Madigan, "Anuril joined the Foxes, and the Void objects?"

Aaiyaah asks, "Wait. Did Kaelie say what I think she said?"

Aaiyaah asks, "I think Kaelie said that we will have the Best Ever Guild Meetings return?"

You questioningly ask, "What did Kaelie say?"

Atuen quietly says to Crobin, "And to answer your previous question, there are always ways, but common, no."

Aaiyaah asks, "As in the Paladin Guild meetings will return??"

Crobin says, "Thank you."

You firmly exclaim, "I did so say!"

Aaiyaah says, "Well, we had to let some ...OTHER guilds be number 1 for a while."

Zalinyar exclaims to you, "It's so wonderful to see the order growing!"

Aaiyaah says, "Just sayin...."

You pointedly say, "Well that is all I have from OBF, for now."

Aaiyaah says, "Thank you m lady."

Aislynn quietly says, "Speaking of the nefarious sorts... There is a young and inexperienced necromancer who seems unaware or uncaring of Therengian laws and his own continued survival. He showed up at the very end of our Fireside chat last night, and even I could see that the spells he was preparing were profane. We attempted to explain to the cultist that he was being exceedingly obvious and needed to vacate civilized spaces before actions were taken to remove him, but he honestly didn't seem to understand. Perhaps his mind is just that far gone."

Aislynn quietly says, "He did wander off on his own rather quickly, but keep an eye out for that one. Went by "Whynd", I believe. We will of course remove him the next time he shows, and explain to him where the Provincial boundaries are."

Aaiyaah asks, "Oh, so he made no attempt to hide it?"

Aaiyaah says, "Bold one he is."

Aislynn quietly says, "He did not. Perhaps he thought he was hidden, but even I could detect his magics."

Crobin says, "Odd."

Aislynn quietly says, "Hopefully he'll keep his heresies souther in the future."

Aaiyaah says, "By the way I really enjoyed the siegery event the other night you held Aislynn."

Rubei asks Aislynn, "Is that one of the ones running around claiming the Theren bidge as theirs?"

Dantia says, "Astounding that they are still so unaware of the ability of Empaths to sense the lack of life essence in their presence."

Aislynn quietly says to Rubei, "Nope, a different one."

Crobin says, "I belive that is Xadon for that one...though not sure."

Aislynn quietly says, "It'll be a painful lesson that I suspect he'll be learning soon."

Rubei says, "Too many of them running around, making claims. Cant keep them all straight."

Crobin says, "I hear the lure of the magic is strong...gives them ideas of becoming very powerful."

Ruea says, "Hello, you may know me as Ruea. I am also the Court Bard of Theren."

Ruea says, "Tonight I will be hosting the province's first Blood Ball at the Tournsment arena."

Ruea says, "Anyone welcome under the Baron's law is invited to attend."

Madigan says, "This is outstanding."

Ruea says, "Combatants can fight their viscius little hearts out in the arena."

Ruea says, "While the rest of us wear our finery and visit in the Royal viewing area."

Dantia coyly says to Madigan, "I'm wearing red so the stains will not show."

Ruea says, "Please let me know if you have any questions, ranging from fights to wardrobe."

Crobin says, "That is no fun Dantia."

Madigan says, "Gads."

Ruea says, "No, there is not a blood theme for the clothes."

Ruea says, "Any Empaths or Clerics who would like to help with the fun will be compensated."

Crobin says, "Good I have like two sets of clothes."

You imaginatively ask Ruea, "So dancing, but with blood. No ball gown goes unsullied?"

Ruea asks you, "How else will we justify buying more?"

You quietly exclaim to Dantia, "You must be excited for this one!"

Madigan calmly says, "I think this is all a ruse to buy more outfits."

Ruea says, "There is only one true rule for the event."

Crobin asks, "You have to justify that Ruea?"

Crobin says, "Please."

Crobin says, "You should work on your lies better."

Ruea says, "All allowed in the province are welcome, and all spars are allowed. If this becomes a bullying situation or an ambush, I will have you removed."

You impishly say to Madigan, "Or just another opportune moment to get Kygars off the cloth of booze."

Ruea says, "Any way I deem appropriate. Which is usually in a body bag."

Crobin says, "I do enjoy a good death scene."

Ruea says, "Otherwise, I hope everyone will come enjoy the fun, there will be no contests or judging."

Ruea says, "Just blood and silk in whatever combination suits you best."

You sassily say to Ruea, "Oh, there will be judging. Just not out loud."

Ruea says, "Valud."

Crobin asks, "Judging or judgement?"

Ruea says, "Both."

Crobin says, "Fair."

You sensibly ask Crobin, "Why not both?"

Aaiyaah asks, "You know what I think you should include in your ball, Ruea?"

Aaiyaah says, "I think you need the services of a Master Heralder."

Aaiyaah says, "For the spars."

Ruea says to Aaiyaah, "That's you dear."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Come on Crobin, up high!!"

Aaiyaah says, "Oh no, I have to defer to Crobin over there."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thank you Ruea, looking forward to the ball!"

Aaiyaah exclaims, "I hope you all can make it!"

Aaiyaah says, "Ok, so moving to petitions."

Zalinyar says to Aaiyaah, "Oh I forgot to say a thing."

Aaiyaah says, "Oh, please go ahead."

Zalinyar says, "At the Awards ceremony, several baskets were left, and I gathered them. So, if you are missing one let me know."

Zalinyar says, "One is not the one that Kaelie is missing."

Aaiyaah asks, "Ok, who has a petition?"

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Outstanding!"

Aaiyaah says, "Going once..."

Aaiyaah says, "Going Crobin..."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Gone!! Moving to open floor!"

Aaiyaah asks, "Does anyone have a subject they wish to speak on?"

Atuen quietly says to you, "While you are here, the Ravens will be meeting with the White Rose at some point, maye you and some of your councilors would like to attend aswell."

You kindly exclaim to Zalinyar, "Oh I got mine back!"

Aaiyaah exclaims, "I am liking how this is looking!!"

Aaiyaah says, "Alright, if we have nothing else....."

You quietly ask Atuen, "I do have another meeting to rush to, however, I am very willing to catch up and hear what you have to say, only later if that is ammenable?"

Aaiyaah says, "Going once...."

Aaiyaah says, "Going Crobin...."

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Gone!!! Meeting Adjourned!! I look forward to see you all a the ball and the meeting tomorrow!!!!! Thank you for coming!!!!!"
