Aaiyaah exclaims, "Hello and welcome everyone! It is so very good to see everyone! A special welcome to Northern Watch, Theren Guard, and Dragon Shield in attendance!! Please make yourselves comfortable, get your classes going, and help yourselves to all the booze on the bar or food from the sideboard that you want!"
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Agenda for today is as follows.....Welcome and introduction (what we are doing now), discussion of current events and happenings, petitions, and then open floor. However, let me make sure to inform everyone that we may at any time have fighting break out so please, be aware of your surroundings and protect yourselves at all times!"
Aaiyaah exclaims, "I understand that each of you could be doing any number of things right now and I want to personally thank each of you for making time to be here today! The purpose of these meetings is to help foster better communication among Therengians, allies, and friends to foster closer working relationships!"
Aaiyaah exclaims, "That said, I am here at your disposal to assist you in any and all means to carry out His Grace's wishes in an effort to realize his vision for Therengia! Please do not hesitate to call on me to help in anyway possible!"
Aaiyaah asks, "With that, let us get started! Who would like to kick us off with current events?"
Aaiyaah says, "Ok, I will go."
Aaiyaah says, "It was alot of fun last night at Zali's H & H meeting. Was great seeing everyone."
Aaiyaah says, "I mean, my favorite Heralder was NOT there."
Aaiyaah says, "But it didnt spoil the night."
Crobin asks, "Oh...who wasn't there?"
Aaiyaah says, "I did try to pitch a bracket of non horse jousting."

Aaiyaah asks, "Speaking of the meeting last night Zali, did you wanna speak on it some?"
Crobin asks, "You can see it through his helm?"
Zalinyar exclaims, "Sure!"
Zalinyar exclaims, "The attendace to opening ceremonies of the World Jousting Tournament were held last night, and the attendance was a bit overwhelming, even for me!"
Zalinyar says, "So many folks came and I just cant wait for the qualifiers to start right here in Therenborough tomorrow."
Leayne softly says, "Tomorrow before the jousting the OBF is having an event giving away fully trained horses and gear."
Aaiyaah says, "My coin is on Leayne, she seems like a ringer."
Zalinyar says, "Seriously though the support was very much appreciated."
Leayne softly says, "Sure."
Crobin says, "Surely there won't be any gambling there."

Karthor says, "Any idea if any members o' the court're plannin' to attend? I know some of 'em were rather keen to watch the matches in the past."
Zalinyar says to Karthor, "An invitation was sent."
Aaiyaah says, "I had heard mention from His Grace that he was pleased to hear it happening."
Aaiyaah says, "We might see him or the Lord Chamberlain. There is no telling."
Crobin says, "I would say I should be on my best behavior."
Crobin says, "But that is just no fun."
Zalinyar says, "I would expect the Championship might be attended by the court."

Aaiyaah says, "I will be there though, so you will have at least ONE person."
Zalinyar says, "The next month will be busy with jousts for sure, and I am super proud of my team for the work they are putting into the events."
Aaiyaah says, "Yep, great work. Even if there is no ...non horse division."
Karthor asks, "Yeesh, ya really wanted to see that pretty badly, didn't ya?"

Aaiyaah says, "That is great to hear, I am hoping to participate this time."
Crobin says, "If you wish to learn to spar stop by and learn from some of the good ones."

Karthor says, "I rather suspect the owners o' the place'd prefer ya leave both the floor an' the table in place."

You hear the hoarse voice of Reiku say, "You offered the floor, why would you offer something that you do not own. Sounds like thievery to me. You should go repent Court Advisor."
Aaiyaah says, "I have lots to repent for I am sure. Stealing floors...not one of em, I promise."

Aislynn quietly says, "Like I mentioned, Dragon Shield is hosting a storytelling contest for the Pack in Siksraja fairly soon here, followed by food-themed casual spars, charades, Spin-A-Tale, and a siegery night. Packed month for us."

Slarc says, "I suppose Atuen has grown on you."
Aislynn quietly asks Slarc, "Racism? Not hardly. She is an elothean, though, right? Or was she two Olvi in a trenchcoat?"
Zalinyar says, "And I gathered that Srinoja has pretty much set her eyes on Gyfford, or at least his affections."
Aaiyaah says, "Lady Athelisa Ananthor is who His Grace is with and will wed."
Leayne softly says, "Gossip."
Slarc says, "Well she sounds dreadful."
Aislynn quietly says, "My goodness. I've been distracted too long. Why in the world would the pirate want the Baron? His treasury, sure. His fancy chair, of course. Possibly his gilded bidet. But himself? That's new."
Aaiyaah says, "Would dare say she is just as fierce on the battle field as His Grace."
Zalinyar says, "Just keep your ears and eyes open."

Rifkinn says, "Memory of Gyfford swinging a sword is growing quite dim, ide say he has lost alot of his prowess on the battle field."

Aaiyaah says, "He has toured the northern front from time to time with Marshal Amlach."
Aaiyaah says, "If we remember, he held his own against the King in combat."
Rifkinn says, "Touring and unsheathing a sword are two very different things."
