 Petition put forward by Mazrian that the Northen Watch be allowed to use the practice area in Therengia for military exercises

Aaiyaah exclaims, "Hello and welcome Therengian citizens, allies, and guests! I also want to especially welcome members of our amazing brigades, Northern Watch, Theren Guard, and Dragon Shield! Today we are meeting to discuss current happenings, upcoming events, take petitions, and any other topics that folks may wish to discuss!"
Mazrian says to Ruea, "Who would be afraid of me? I'm just a big kitten."
Aaiyaah says, "I am honored to be facilitating this meeting to provide a platform for us all to communicate with His Grace, Baron Gyfford in the form of petitions and updates provided by all whom wish to speak. But the main purpose of these meetings is for Therengians to come together and work towards advancing His Grace's vision for Therengia."
Aaiyaah says, "For clarity, the agenda of today's meeting is as follows...brief introduction and overview of the purpose of the meeting (what we are doing now)....update on current events....petitions....upcoming events scheduled....then finally open floor."
Aaiyaah asks, "That said, let us get started! Who would like to kick us off?"
Kintryn says, "I will."

Ruea quietly says, "Thank you to the wine-provider."
Kintryn says, "Not really related to the orcs but could be, during one of the east gate invasions in Riverhaven this past tuesday we had a sighting by some of our scouts up here in Theren. We would be interested to know if anything else has been seen like this or get thoughts. I will let Kethrai explain."
Mazrian whispers to your group, "Do we mention dispatching the dead stuff in Riverhaven?"
Kethrai says, "I'll be brief. During an orc incursion in Haven, Anuril and I took a scouting trip to Therenborough, Langenfirth, Siksraja, Rossman's, and Viggu's lair."
Dantia whispers to your group, "I will bring it up."
Kethrai says, "We didn't find any orc activity, but, on the road from Theren to Lang we sighted maybe a dozen all told, of rock trolls, granite gargoyles, and rock guardians."
Kethrai says, "The guardians at least were not the sort we usually see during an invasion. No andesite, no quartzite... Just regular rock guardians."
Kethrai says, "But all three were far outside their normal stomping grounds."
Dantia quietly says, "Very odd."
Anuril quietly says, "We stomped them though, to make them feel at home."
Kethrai asks, "Has anyone else seen anything similar? Creatures roving far beyond their normal habitats?"
Mazrian says to Anuril, "Very important to always start as you mean to go on."
Ruea exclaims, "How festive!"
Tekhelet says, "I did see a ghoul in the cemetery a while back."
Tekhelet says, "But that was Crossing."
Remyngton says, "Those are rare but not unheard of."
Kintryn says, "Rogue gate was questioned but Rogue gate would have been one or two but these stretched from just below the main gate down past el bains[1:51 PM]rogue gate would have brought only one type not all 3."
Kintryn says, "Bit of a hiccup."
Dantia says to Kintryn, "Good points."
Kethrai says, "Yeah. If these were brought, they may have been brought intentionally."
Kethrai says, "Not sure to what end."
Kintryn says, "They stretched as a mixed group from Theren gate down past el bains from the map I was shown."
Aaiyaah says, "I will be sending word of this to the Keep to ensure they are aware."
Kintryn says, "Thank you Aaiyaah. I have a full report to send in that I will give yo ulater."
Kethrai says, "We didn't see any as far as the Theren gate. We passed the group on the way to Theren then doubled back. But they were stretched over quite a bit of the road."
Kethrai says, "And all mixed together."
Merilwen says, "There was nothing amiss at The Keep that eve, either."
Kethrai says, "That's about all the info we have."
Kintryn says, "Thats all we have."
Aaiyaah says, "Excellent work and thank you."
Aaiyaah asks, "Who would like to speak next?"
Dantia says, "Thanks, Aaiyaah."
Dantia says, "I am very happy to share that I have been appointed as the Northern Watch's Court Liaison, so I'll be responsible for updating you all about our activities, as well as reporting to the Keep."
Dantia says, "Along those lines, the formation of the Watch is coming along nicely. Of our current 14 members, we are especially proud that six are new faces to Therengia."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Outstanding!"
Tekhelet says, "Dantia Congratualtions."
Ruea says to Dantia, "I am available to contract as the Northern Watch Fashion Consultant."
Ruea says, "For all those smell boys."
Ruea says to Remyngton, "Not you, you're fine."
Dantia says, "There was also some activity a few nights ago that we wanted to share with the community."
Remyngton says to Ruea, "Thank you, I was about to get my fur all ruffled."
Dantia says, "We were alerted to the presence of a dirt construct and a suspicious figure roaming around Riverhaven."
Ruea quietly says, "I hate dirt constructs, they're so much messier."
Elizzibiana says, "Thats what happens when sorcery scrolls are sold in Haven, you get riffraff."
Dantia says, "A Watch member stumbled on the construct on a main road and, when no one came forward with information or to claim it, the member killed it out of an abundance of caution."
Dantia says, "We then saw the suspicious figure running up and down the streets like a madman."
Elizzibiana says, "Riffraff I say."
Dantia says, "While trying to follow it by sensing it's life essence, I confirmed it was necromantic, most likely a "Risen"."
Dantia says, "WE tried speaking with it, but it would not stop running long enough to listen to us... so we dispatched it."
Dantia says, "We then moved to the east gate and helped fend off an orc invasion, while we kept an eye out for any necromancer who might want to engage us over having killed their Risen, but we didn't see any."
Dantia says, "It seems like an isolated incident, and I haven't heard of any follow up activity. But we'll make sure to patrol the area over the near future just in case."
Aaiyaah says, "Very odd indeed."
Dantia says to Aaiyaah, "And that is the report from the Watch this week."
Aaiyaah exclaims to Dantia, "Thank you m lady and congratulations on your role in the Watch!"
Dantia exclaims, "Thank you very much!"
Aaiyaah asks, "Any follow up questions regarding Dantia's report before we move on?"
Kethrai asks, "Any indication of who was behind it?"
Aaiyaah says, "I am totally not trying to delay petitions, promise..."
Kethrai asks, "Who er, raised the... risen?"
Szarevar says to Aaiyaah, "It's your meeting, so lie about anything you want."
Ruea says, "I am absolutely trying to delay petitions."
Dantia says, "Nothing clear. Zehira was gwething around the same time, but I can't say that necessarily connects her with it."
Mazrian says, "She definitely seemed to be hinting in that direction."
Merilwen says, "She mentioned she had been told that someone of her aquaintance had set it free there."
Remyngton says, "Which unfortunately could be any number of individuals."
Aaiyaah says, "I am sure His Grace will wish to have a follow up conversation with me about this construct and suspicious person in Riverhaven. I will be sure to report back to everyone how that goes."
Vekara says, "I would think risen are anything but free."
Szarevar says to Vekara, "The meat puppets they use are very costly to make. The dirt thingies are cheap and easy, very much like Zehira."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright, thank you again Dantia. Moving on, who would like the floor next?"
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Alright, if there is nothing more, petitions it is!"
Aaiyaah says, "You all gave me a week off from them so...I guess its time you hit me."
Teyl says, "Hope you got a lot of paper."
Mazrian says, "One petition."
Elizzibiana says, "Someone got myn'tanyl, thank you very much."
Vekara asks Aaiyaah, "With the excitement of the longhouse being open to all, I forgot to ask...did anyone ever investigate that rumor about the coffee here being brewed with moat water?"
Aaiyaah says, "It is interesting you said that..."
Mazrian says, "There is a spur of road off of the north road here that leads off northwest toward what used to be Droughtman's, I believe."
Dantia says to Vekara, "Madigan has been very distressed over this."
Vekara says to Dantia, "Rightfully so...I am drinking Rathan coffee right now just in case."
Mazrian says, "We could use a practice area in Therengia for military exercises that are a little more, ah, destructive than what we can do one on one."
Jorvak says, "Its very good coffee, once heated it kills any nasty things in it if it is moat water."
Siendra quietly says to Tirost, "Don't look at me, that's why I stick to Siskraja! You're the one in the moat..."
Mazrian says, "I would ask that a sign be placed at the spur designating that as such an area."
Tirost quietly says to Siendra, "Had to remind me..."
Mazrian says, "That's pretty much it."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "A new and fantastic petition right there. I love it!"
Delani asks Mazrian, "How do you feel about company for your exercises?"
Mazrian says, "Well, it's hard to run an exercise like that without an opposing force."
Aaiyaah says, "So about the moat coffee....."
Aaiyaah says, "It is interesting that has come up."
Mazrian says, "Anyone formally in that role would obviously have to be welcome in Theren and in good standing and etc, of course."
Aaiyaah says, "I had not meant to bring this up but, I will mention His Grace did mention a vendor was reportedly identified as peddling some coffee with Moat Flavor in its description."
Aaiyaah says, "We found it somewhat funny."
Mazrian says, "...usually the moat-water peddlers don't say the quiet part. I'm intrigued."
Aaiyaah says, "So, if you happen to come across said vendor...."
Delani says, "This is why I stick with the wine and hard liquors."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Please let us know!"
Ruea quietly asks Dantia, "I stopped paying attention, did I miss anything?"
Vekara says, "Watch out for shady vendors and extra sludgy coffee, noted."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright, next petition?"
Delani says to Mazrian, "And I'll be sure to let my husband know about your..requirements for visiting."
Jorvak says, "Well, its not the Telamon Hall coffee thats for sure."
Dantia quietly says to Ruea, "We want a new place to fight, and we're concerned the coffee is made with moat water."
Merilwen says to Szarevar, "I'm glad you're only into Justice up here."
Ruea quietly says to Dantia, "I'd be more concerned that the dungeons drain into the moat."
Mazrian says to Delani, "The Baron's requirements."
Aaiyaah says, "Alright, if no other petitions..."
Aaiyaah says, "Will move to coming events."
Aaiyaah asks, "Anyone have an event they wish to share?"
Siendra exclaims, "Oh! I can!"
Aaiyaah says, "All yours m lady."
Siendra quietly says, "Sorry."
Siendra says, "Um, but, yes! In a few weeks time we'll be having our next evening in Siskraja, this time led by Atvus and focusing on our - the Rakash, that is - religion."
Aaiyaah asks, "Oh, that is fascinating. Can anyone attend?"
Siendra says, "We welcome everyone! It's our way of showing off our little village and our people's history."
Vekara says to Siendra, "He is a wonderful speaker, I am looking forward to that."
Aaiyaah says, "Well if I may, I would like to attend and learn more."
Kintryn says, "I have been to a few and they are very fun."
Siendra says, "We've had some wonderful evenings so far, and I'm looking forward to more."
Teyl says, "And probably has really good food."
Mazrian says, "Can confirm the food is amazing."
Teyl says, "I've had the food there."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Then I am definitely sold!"
Teyl says, "It's amazing."
Aaiyaah asks Teyl, "Care to join me?"
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thank you Siendra!"
Siendra exclaims, "Thank YOU all!"
Ruea says, "Thank you darligs. Some of you may recognise me as Ruea, some of you may have been hit in the head quite recently, but either way that's who I am."
Mazrian says, "Stand on a chair so everyone can see you."
Ruea says, "I would like to announce that in cooperation with the Keep, the Theater will be hosting a night of appreciation for our most under-acknowledged defenders, the Triage teams."
Ruea says to Mazrian, "If I stand on a chair in these shoes I'll fall, just pick me up."
Kintryn says, "That is awesome."
Ruea says, "The focus will be on the healers and clerics who keep everyone able to fight, and we'll be paying special attention to those brave souls who go into the fray themselves."
Ruea says, "For Theren, you don't have to hold a sword to protect it."
Ruea says, "So expect food, a small riot, speaches, maybe an invasion if I can annoy Viggu."
Ruea says, "And wear shoes, all of you."
Tirost says to Ruea, "No promises."
Ruea says, "Not up for debate. I want the Paladins washed and everyone in shoes."
Remyngton says to Ruea, "That may be pushing it."
Ruea says, "If you would like to help me plan or want to do some sort of special thing at the event, please let me know."
Delani asks, "Will we need to bring our own, or will pitchforks be provided for the rioting portion of the evening?"
Vekara asks, "Is Aaiyaah still signed up to tap dance for us?"
Remyngton asks, "Does once or twice across the river count as washed?"
Aaiyaah asks, "Uh, what?"
Ruea says to Delani, "I always provide but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer."
Aaiyaah asks, "Oh you mean the tap dance I was voluntold to do?"
Aaiyaah says, "Oh I am sure..."
Vekara says, "I thought I remembered, a while b ack, there was something about oiled armor and tap dancing."
Ruea says, "It will be taking place in... possibly three weeks but I didn't write it down."
Ruea asks, "Any questions?"
Ruea says, "Yes, we will be requiring Dantia to sit in a large throne with a tiara on and grant blessings to younger Empaths."
Dantia says, "Wait what."
Ruea says, "I don't make the rules."
Dantia quietly says, "I was trying to remain so still so she wouldn't notice me."
Aaiyaah says, "You must include Remy in there somehow too Ruea."
Mazrian says, "Tracks for me."
Ruea says, "Actually I do but that's a rule, just lean into it."
Remyngton asks, "Wait what?"
Anuril asks, "Ooo, and will there be a booth you can go to where Zynell will tell you to go get more favors?"
Ruea says, "I would make Kaelie do it but she's as likely to smack as bless."
Aaiyaah says, "The slate stated as such."
Ruea says to you, "We have met, darling."
You say, "I'm on the triage team to keep the actors blemish free."
Ruea says, "That's all from the Bard, please resume more serious conversation."
Delani says to you, "Oh, I like the idea of you in charge of blessings."
You say to Remyngton, "Oh no you don't."
Aaiyaah says to Ruea, "Thank you m lady and I for one greatly look forward to it."
Ruea says, "Remy will be in charge of placing bandages for anyone assaulted by a gnome or Halfling."
Remyngton says, "Great I should be fairly busy then."
Anuril asks, "Aren't those called socks?"
Ruea says, "Kintryn will be in charge of enforcing Remy's bandages."
Remyngton says, "Like I will need bandages..."
Aaiyaah asks Tishra, "The floor is yours m lady. Did you have an event to speak on?"
Tishra says, "I would like to announce my upcoming birthday bash. There will be a trivia contest with 20 winners of 500 plat each. All are invited. Gifts are neither requested nor required, just your presence."
Aaiyaah asks, "Oh, wow! Where will this bash be held at?"
Dantia exclaims to Tishra, "Happy early birthday!"
Tishra says, "Talbert's Inn in Crossing, in one of the private rooms."
Tishra says, "Thank you Dantia."
Aaiyaah asks, "When will the event be held as well m lady?"
Tishra says, "In two days time at 8 elven time."
Aaiyaah says, "And I echo Dantia, happy early birthday."
Tishra says, "Thank you Aaiyaah."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright any other upcoming events to speak of before I share something before closing?"
Merilwen says, "I do love Trivia."
Vekara says to Merilwen, "You're pretty darned good at it too."
Aaiyaah says, "Alright, so. The Ravens."
Aaiyaah says, "It is now time I believe to get to the bottom of just what it is they are hoping to achieve and whatever goals they have."
Aaiyaah says, "So that said, I have authorization from the Keep to meet with the Ravens."
Aaiyaah says, "And I am going to listen to them directly as to just what it is they wish to accomplish."
Aaiyaah says, "This is not to negotiate , to discuss anything, but purely to listen."
Szarevar says to Aaiyaah, "I predict great things will come of this."
Mazrian quietly says, "Pardon, I need to be off."
Siendra quietly says, "Do let us know if it's something beyond bullying and mayhem..."
Aaiyaah says, "I will then report back to His Grace and you as well. I am meeting them tomorrow night."
Dantia asks Aaiyaah, "Are you meeting with them privately, or by yourself?"
Delani says, "I think it will be a grand time."
Elizzibiana says, "|aai good luck understanding their gibberish."
Aaiyaah says, "I will be going with Teyl at my side."
Aaiyaah says, "Frankly, I do not know what to expect from this meeting or if it is going to be productive in any capacity." Dantia quietly says to Teyl, "Stay on your toes."
Merilwen asks Aaiyaah, "Do you need the Guard to be on alert?"
Aaiyaah says, "However, after all that has happened, I want to hear what they have to say."
Aaiyaah says to Merilwen, "That will not be necessary. I highly doubt they will wish to meet in Therengia." Dantia says to Aaiyaah, "I'm not sure that makes us feel better."
Aaiyaah asks, "Does anyone wish for me to ask anything specific?"
Aaiyaah asks, "Or convey anything?"
Ruea says to Aaiyaah, "I'd like a raise."
Ruea exclaims, "Shoes are expensive!"
Szarevar says to Aaiyaah, "I think your doubts are...doubtful."
Aaiyaah says, "Speaking of the Ravens, greetings Atuen."
Szarevar asks, "Just saying?"
Delani says to Atuen, "What fortuitous timing."
Delani says, "Speaking of? I guess I'm just chopped liver then."
Aaiyaah asks, "Atuen, have you all decided where you wish for our meeting to take place?"
Atuen says to Aaiyaah, "You will be told when you need to know."
Aaiyaah says, "I see."
Siendra says, "Off to a good start."
Atuen says to Aaiyaah, "Have you decided on who you might bring."
Aaiyaah says, "That is for me to know and you to find out."
Atuen says to Siendra, "I can continue with you if you like, or you can shut up."
Ruea asks Dantia, "Where do we find a measuring stick at this hour?"
Atuen says to Aaiyaah, "Fair."
Siendra asks, "Continue what?"
Siendra asks, "Not putting forth information?"
Aaiyaah asks, "Atuen, did you have anything you wished to speak on? We were about to adjourn or perhaps you had a petition?"
Atuen says to Aaiyaah, "Just make sure whoever you bring they are not as insolent as that one."
Tirost says to Atuen, "That is the height of irony coming from you."
Aaiyaah says to Atuen, "I do look forward to our meeting."
Atuen says to Tirost, "Ironey is a sorcerer as you being heree in therengia."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "With that, if there is nothing else folks, thank you all for coming as I truly appreciate it!!"
Tirost says to Atuen, "Clearly you don't know many Therengians."
Aaiyaah says, "With that, going once....."
Aaiyaah says, "Going twice....."
Elizzibiana says to Aaiyaah, "Thank you for the meeting, and good luck with them'."
Atuen says to Aaiyaah, "And bring a gift, Chelinde does like gifts."
Aaiyaah says to Atuen, "Awe, that is nice , a gift! You can have me some flowers ready..purple actually."
Aaiyaah says, "I know someone who will like them."
