Aaiyaah exclaims, "Hello and welcome Therengian citizens, allies, and guests! I also want to especially welcome members of our amazing brigades, Northern Watch, Theren Guard, and Dragon Shield! Today we are meeting to discuss current happenings, upcoming events, take petitions, and any other topics that folks may wish to discuss!"
Aaiyaah says, "I am honored to be facilitating this meeting to provide a platform for us all to communicate with His Grace, Baron Gyfford in the form of petitions and updates provided by all whom wish to speak. But the main purpose of these meetings is for Therengians to come together and work towards advancing His Grace's vision for Therengia." Arkalye gruffly says to Mazrian, "No there where 3 others on the grounds at the time."
Aaiyaah says, "For clarity, the agenda of today's meeting is as follows...brief introduction and overview of the purpose of the meeting (what we are doing now)....update on current events....petitions....upcoming events scheduled....then finally open floor."
Mazrian asks, "But in the area with the construct?"
Dantia asks, "Three other constructs?"
Aaiyaah asks, "That said, let us get started! Who would like to kick us off?"
Mazrian asks, "So surely one of them witnessed the construct being released?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "'one construt three individuals."
Dantia asks Arkalye, "I assume you left from the headquarters on your patrol. It was not there when you left, and then was there when you arrived back?"
Delani says, "The Ravens will also put forward another thousand plat for information leading to this monster."
Clairseach asks, "Three people but no witnesses?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "No we hear chuckling and then the creature was created... i arrived after teh creature was made and aided it its distruction."
Mazrian asks, "So you were personally in the area with the horse when the construct was created?"
Aislynn quietly says to Mazrian, "He just said he was not."
Dantia asks, "Where was the chuckling heard?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Within the grounds."
Mazrian says to Aislynn, "Just trying to establish the facts of this dastardly deed, which seem somewhat confused in this retelling. We all want justice for this horse, clearly."
Clairseach says, "Can a glass object be shattered without the creator being seen? Because as I had thought that the creation will go after even the one that summoned it. If they released it in the area with just a horse in it and dipped it seems the horse was the target and the person very unlikely to be given due justice."
Dantia asks, "So nothing was amiss, you left on patrol, returned to find a construct on your grounds and heard someone chuckling. Were you able to search out the hidden person chuckling?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Any question you have about the event please see me after we do not wish to take up all of the Court Advisors time."
Mazrian says to Clairseach, "To my knowledge, having battled these constructs from those sources many times, the creator is always obvious."
Clairseach says to Mazrian, "Poorly worded on me. That is what I had thought too."
Mazrian says, "It seems likely the horse was the target of this attack, then. The thing was created while it was alone, and without witnesses about."
Mazrian says, "Who would have otherwise clearly identified the perpetrator."
Dantia says to Aaiyaah, "Our apologies. It seems important information to share with everyone."
Aaiyaah says, "Everyone good with moving on from this topic or do we still need to discuss a bit? I am good as I am documenting for His Grace."
Mazrian says, "Dastardly, for sure."
Dantia says, "Necromantic constructs in Theren, especially in an Order Hall, seems important to me... but we can speak about it afterwards if Strike Leader Arkalye would prefer."
Aaiyaah asks, "Yes, I do know His Grace will want to be kept posted on this. So please, if we find out who did this, please let me know?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "I will happily answer your questions and give you a better account after the meeting as i fear my words have only cause more confusion."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright! So moving on. Who wishes to take the floor?"
Aaiyaah says, "I promise to try and get us out of here early, I know we have some things we might wish to be doing elsewhere with some puzzles."
Mazrian says, "Hard to follow all of that. Everything else seems positively mundane."
Dantia says, "Just a quick update on Watch activity."
Dantia says, "Watch member Remyngton skillfully escaped a kidnapping attempt by the Ravens."
Aaiyaah asks Remyngton, "I hope you were unharmed?"
Remyngton says, "Nothing that could not be healed."
Remyngton says, "My poor hamstrings though.. I should stretch more."
Delani says, "Or run less."
Frulle says to Dantia, "Allegedly..."
Mazrian says, "I believe they attempted to torture him with intoxicants."
Dantia says, "I have overheard Remyngton say that he looks forward to another opportunity to experience their hospitality."
Aaiyaah asks, "Oh a booze-napping?"
Remyngton says, "They were vey gracious kidnappers."
Aaiyaah says, "I was wondering what happened to you as we went into the Pith that night."
Remyngton says, "Aside from hold dragging in dirt part."
Dantia says, "We also have our first group scheduled to run the Gauntlet tonight. We invite anyone to come to the standing stones to see them off on their quest."
Dantia says, "And that is all for the Watch this week."
Aaiyaah says to Dantia, "Outstanding. It is good to see the gauntlet return."
Remyngton says, "Just be watching for my death.. it will happen."
Dantia says, "I have heard many wonderful tales of the previous incarnation, so we hope this one does the original justice."
Dantia says to Erieck, "You are welcome to run it some time."
Erieck says to Dantia, "No thank you."
Erieck says, "I've done it enough over the years already."
Mazrian says, "Sir Erieck has done a Gauntlet more than once, if memory...yeah, that."
Aaiyaah says, "Alright, many thanks for that update Dantia. His Grace is quite pleased with how the Watch is doing and appreciates your reports."
Erieck says, "We had to have something for the new recruits to do.."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright, who would like to speak next?"
Aaiyaah asks, "Any other updates or items before we move to petitions?"
Zynell says, "There are multiple new clerics and a few other new folk around so please say hello if you see them."
Aaiyaah says, "New clerics? Fantastic. Gods knows we need more."
Zynell asks, "I think ii am up to.... 4? again?"
Mazrian says, "We should have a cocktail hour."
Aaiyaah says, "Thank you Zynell and it is truly great to hear regarding you mentoring these clerics that are up and coming."
Zynell says, "Careful with that m word."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Thank you, I have information regarding Orc activity."
Arkalye gruffly says, "During our patrol sunday night we came upon an Individual, Nefis speaking with an Orc champion, he mention payment to the orcs master. we caught teh tail end of the conversation before he fled and we put down the orc."
Aaiyaah asks, "Were we able to make out what he was saying to the orc?"
Dantia asks Arkalye, "Where was this seen?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "I hope this information will be of use to those here, i fear i am sorely ignorant of many individuls in the realm."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Just outside the north gate of haven."
Karthor says, "Necromancers consortin' with orcs, just what the world needs."
Arkalye gruffly asks, "Oh he is a necro?"
Kintryn says, "Its not unheard of."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Then shortly after a construct is found in ODS grounds."
Arkalye gruffly says, "That is perplexing."
Karthor says, "Hm, could be a connection there."
Dantia asks, "And you say Nefis fled, leaving the orc alive for you to kill?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "As i said i don't know many folks."
Clairseach says, "Anyone can drop that glass. Not just necromancers."
Remyngton asks, "Did you hear any of the orcs speak in return?"
Kintryn asks, "Did you hear the Orc speaking? Or only Nefis?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Only Nefis."
Aaiyaah asks, "And he spoke of payment?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Yes."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Nefis seemed irritated with the orc."
Arkalye gruffly says, "As if something wasn't going as he wished."
Dantia asks, "Who was in your group that witnessed this besides yourself?"
Aislynn quietly says, "He gave a name, too. I'm trying to remember. It's in my notes at headquarters."
Arkalye gruffly says, "But as i said we cause teh tail end of the conversation."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Caught."
Dantia asks, "The orc gave a name?"
Aislynn quietly says, "Nefis did."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Kenamer, Aislynn, Penny, myself and a couple of guests for our public patrol."
Dantia asks, "And you... didn't bring that name?"
Clairseach says, "Leaving that kind of information behind or even out anywhere seems a bit haphazzard."
Aislynn quietly asks, "Ithat? Was that it?"
Aislynn quietly says to Dantia, "I didn't bring that copy, no."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Sorry i missed the name was focused of the giant orc outside teh town gates, I beg your forgivness for missing that bit of information."
Clairseach asks, "Perhaps we can move on and play guessing games for the name later?"
Ruea says, "Oh I love it when the meetings get awkward."
Mazrian mildly asks, "Perhaps the inference we are meant to draw here is that Nefis was to be paid by the orc, acting on behalf of some person, in order to perpetrate an attack on the ODS house. And that Nefis, for his own reasons, decided to drop a glass orb on one horse, against whome someone perhaps had a grudge?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Or perhaps teh construct was left to catch us off guard when we returned from our patrol and the poor horse was collateral damage."
Mazrian says, "That seems out of character for both Nefis and the Orcs, but I suppose stranger things have happened."
Dantia says, "From what Arkalye has said, it sounds like Nefis was paying the orcs, but was irritated with them for some reason."
Anuril asks, "I thought in the original account Nefis was the one paying the Orcs?"
Zynell says to Mazrian, "Certainly would never harm a horse."
You say, "Well I do hope once spying on the filth was completed he was dispatched without remorse."
Mazrian says, "I don't know. I've fought Necromancers, including Nefis. Generally they're more effective than that."
Dantia says, "It is certainly very out of character for Nefis."
Karthor asks Mazrian, "A deliberate red herring, then?"
Mazrian says to Anuril, "I wasn't clear on that part, exactly. Though that makes even less sense."
Arkalye gruffly says, "The tone i got is nefis was not happy with what his payment had gotten him."
Kintryn says, "I would think so Karthor."
Remyngton says to Karthor, "Seems too convenient to be anything else."
Mazrian says to Karthor, "Could be, yeah. Intended to look like one thing to cover for something else."
Arkalye gruffly says, "The the orc or orcs had not carried out their part to his satisfaction."
Anuril dryly says, "You get what you pay for."
Kintryn asks, "Are we sure Nefis was not speaking to someone in hiding?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "We are not."
Dantia asks Arkalye, "Was any attempt made to question the orc?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Yes, it was stone faced adn attacked."
Aislynn quietly says, "He ended with "Farewell, Orc." He might have been referring to an orc in the shadows, of course. But he was certainly talking to an orc."
Arkalye gruffly says, "It fought like some creatures i have faced that were enhanced by magic eggs."
Dantia asks, "Were you able to pursue Nefis at all?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Our focus was the orc, for the saftey of Haven."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Such a creature just outside teh gates we could not leave it there."
Arkalye gruffly says, "By teh time it was dispatched he was long gone."
Mazrian says, "Odd that it would choose the north gate."
Mazrian says, "And not the west."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Our thoughts too."
Mazrian asks, "How did it even get out there without being spotted?"
Linota asks, "Why meet nearby at all?"
Kintryn asks, "No other orcs?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "None."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Rebels attacked shortly after though."
Dantia asks, "The whole thing is very odd. A necromancer openly taking a meeting with an orc at the North Gate during a Riverhaven Patrol that is widely advertised?"
Mazrian says, "Perhaps he was having you all on."
Clairseach asks, "The orc sounds fearsome! How long did it take you all to finally slay it?"
Arkalye gruffly says, "We did start late that night."
Aaiyaah says, "Arkalye, I will submit this to His Grace, but a report to the Marshal might be a good idea as well. Thank you for sharing this information with everyone here. Ruea says, "The theater is very excited to announce that Remyngton has written a play about the culture of the Rakash and we will be hosting it very soon."
Remyngton says, "I am very excited, we have wonderful cast put together."
Ruea says, "He and I are working on the script together and have a few events we hope to center around the show, all to honor the Rakash people and their culture."
Ruea says, "If you are interested in putting on a performance I would be happy to talk with you and help make your story work for the stage."
Ruea says, "The theater is for all of us and I am very proud of Remy for being so creative."
Aaiyaah asks Teyl, "Care to be my date for the play?"

Elizzibiana says, "And there is a town meeting to be held in Shard shortly, hosted by the ever delightfull Miskton. Sadly it seems to conflict with the event to be held by the Black Fox."

Kintryn says, "This thursday, there will be an investigation into some historical artifacts along the Gemfires. Some of them dealing with the Orcs. You are all invited to attend. It is on the calendar. You will need a Passport from the Passport office in Theren to attend."
Clairseach exclaims, "I am studying your fight moves!"
Kintryn says, "It will be at 8 bells east at Rossmans gate."
Aaiyaah says, "Thank you Kintryn, sounds informative."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright, any upcoming events from TG or ODS?"
Karthor says, "A few hours from now, the Guard's hostin' a welcome back event fer the Northern Watch. We'll be just outside the keep, and it, er, may involve the moat."
Erieck says, "Bring yer high waders..."
Karthor says, "That's about all we've got at the moment, next month's events to be determined."
Aaiyaah says to Karthor, "Thank you sir."
Erieck says, "Welp...as a few of you know, I'm doing a somewhat informal lecture in a couple weeks."
Clairseach says, "Another thing I cannot wait for."
Erieck says, "Going to be discussing Theren's relations with the tribes of Ker'Leor using two...maybe three stories as examples."
Erieck says, "One somewhat well known..."

Erieck says, "And one a bit...ehh poorly recorded."
