New petitions: Mazrian says, "I'd like to renew a petition from a couple years back, requesting help accessing records and materials r related to the Suur pillar from the college here."
Petition response: Aaiyaah says, "Oh yes, I did have a conversation with His Grace regarding that. It was approved, but he was just making arrangements."
Aaiyaah says, "The altar petition and holiday request is still being discussed and no decision at this time.
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Hello and welcome everyone! It is so very good to see everyone! A special welcome to Northern Watch, Theren Guard, and Dragon Shield in attendance!! Please make yourselves comfortable, get your classes going, and help yourselves to all the booze you want!"
Reiku says, "Why would water need flavor.. it's just, water."
Mazrian asks Reiku, "That's tea, isn't it?"
Aaiyaah says, "Agenda for today is as follows.....Welcome and introduction (what we are doing now), discussion of current events and happenings, petitions, and then open floor."
Reiku says to Mazrian, "I suppose.."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "I understand that each of you could be doing any number of things right now and I want to personally thank each of you for making time to be here today! The purpose of these meetings is to help foster better communication among Therengians, allies, and friends to foster closer working relationships!"
You say to Reiku, "I suspect you are correct. Makes it interesting indeed."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "That said, I am here at your disposal to assist you in any and all means to carry out His Grace's wishes in an effort to realize his vision for Therengia! Please do not hesitate to call on me to help in anyway possible!"
Aaiyaah asks, "With that, let us get started! Who would like to kick us off with current events?"
Kintryn says, "Real fast announcement if I may. Remyngton asked that I relay a reminder that the Rakash Roundtable has gone down to once a month. This means the next meeting will be (OOC: Oct 11) and not tomorrow as previously planned."
Kintryn says, "Thats all."
Aaiyaah says, "Thank you Kintryn."
Mazrian asks, "Could I offer a quick plug?"
Mazrian says, "Last night's Warrior Mage night was very well attended. We had good fellowship and welcomed four mages back into our company. That is going to be come a more regular thing, with a format similar to the Paladin guild meetings."
Grymmlen asks, "We have guild meetings?"
Mazrian asks, "So if you're a Warrior Mage or you know one who would like more community in their experience, please send them that way?"
Zynell says to Mazrian, "You need a better watch on the entrance way."
Mazrian says to Zynell, "The elemental has a lot of seniority."
Mazrian says, "Thank you."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thank you Mazrian!"
Zynell says to Mazrian, "A familiar posted could at least alert you to folk arriving."
Aaiyaah says, "Yes, we Paladins used to hold the bestest of meetings, but we decided to stop holding them...."
Anuril says, "We should get a bell pull installed like the bards."
Aaiyaah says, "Wanted to give them...Empaths a chance."
Elizzibiana says to Anuril, "Thats why the elemental is there."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright, who wants the floor next?"
Anuril asks Elizzibiana, "Can... it tell people upstairs folk are downstairs?"
Elizzibiana says to Anuril, "Havent used it in ages but it used too."
Elizzibiana says to Anuril, "Would be worth it to check."
Anuril says, "Well maybe Zynell just needs to be more direct with the elemental, then."
Zynell says, "No, i just yelled at maz."
Zynell says, "Which i am fine with."
Zalinyar says, "It was my fault, I haven't led anyone up those stairs past the elemental in a very very long time."
Mazrian dryly says, "We shall see how that works out for future change."
Zynell says, "Was more a request for folk less inclined to do so."
Jennantar says, "Would like to let Zalinyar that the ODS Council has agreed to the use of our Jousting Pitch and also the use of the Archery Targets for use as well."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thats fantastic!"
Mazrian says, "Oh, well done."
Jennantar says, "The Offer was made last Meeting and the Council all agreed to make the offer offically."
Jennantar says, "That is all I have this week."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thanks so much Jennantar, I look forward to seeing all the action there!"
Aaiyaah says, "It is quite the sight seeing Karthor joust horseless. Skills I tell ya."
Mazrian says, "That's quite a leverage advantage, I'd think."
Karthor says, "A sight indeed, I'll have to figure a way to do that."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alrighty, who wants the floor next?"
Mazrian says, "Practically pole vault yourself off your horse trying to hit your shield with you afoot, sir."
Dantia says, "Watch members Parkons and Malkien met with Navesi, of the First Land Herald, to share information about the construction of Gyfford's Bridge. They did a fantastic job of laying out the timeline of events to her, and I look forward to reading of the account in the next issue."
Dantia says, "And on the topic of people doing an exceptional job, Kintryn has kindly taken up the role of liaison to Shard. We hope having that line of communication open will help us stay up on their efforts and accomplishments."
Dantia says, "The most recent news out of Shard is the reappearance of flayed snowbeasts within their city walls. They are researching this further, but have no firm leads on what may be causing it."
Zynell says, "That is the second most recent news from shard."
Dantia says to Zynell, "Working my way backwards, if the other news is the Dragon Priests."
You ask Dantia, "Wait, reappearance?"
Grymmlen asks, "Anyone have a quill by chance?"
Dantia says to you, "This is at least the third appearance of the snowbeasts that I can recall."
You say to Dantia, "This is what I get for taking a mental break. I need to take up more knitting."
Dantia says, "The Ilithi are also continuing their investigations into the Dragon Priests, but I do not think there was any news on that front as of last night."
Anuril says to Dantia, "I went on the expedition. We found nothing."
Zynell says, "In this case, no news is the good news."
Dantia says, "The last piece of news from the Watch is that we have accepted two new recruits, Binu and Enwah, which brings the current recruit class to three."
Aaiyaah says, "It is so wonderful to hear of the Mountain Guard's formation and what they are doing there."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Oh there are two new soon to be Frockers!! Fantastic!!"
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Make sure they get the pink one I had!!"
Mazrian says, "We won't even wash it."
Aaiyaah asks, "Speaking of, who has it now??"
Dantia says, "Who doesn't have a pink frock by now. It was meant as a punishment, and yet somehow we started a fashion trend."
Mazrian says to Dantia, "We'll do heels next."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Chyral would argue the pink frock is a badge of honor."
Dantia says, "Oh, now -that- is a punishment."
Dantia says to Aaiyaah, "That is all for the Watch this week, thank you for the floor."

Zynell exclaims, "The holy meetings are still going well, they are not structured after the paladin meetings. Additionally, a reminder that there will be alteration events starting in the new month. Let folk help get designs prepared and cut down on that merchant waiting line!"
Arkalye gruffly says, "Do you have a date for that Zynell, my wife was most excited to hear of them."
Zynell says, "And there seems to be a ranger and dragon talk some time soon."
You say, "I might have to get in on that. I'm hopeless with alterations."
Zynell says, "Beginning of the month, they are already posted to the events listings."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Ok i will pass that along to her, thank you."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Thank you as always m lady! I am looking forward to the alteration sessions!"
Aaiyaah says, "Alright, lets move to my favorite part of the meeting...to which I am sure you all will be so very kind."

Arkalye gruffly says, "Checking on the altar request as well as teh holiday submitted last meeting."
Aaiyaah says, "The altar petition and holiday request is still being discussed and no decision at this time."
Grymmlen says, "Not a petition really, but Zalinyar and I would be grateful if yhealth."
Arkalye gruffly says, "Thank you."
Grymmlen says, "Sorry about that. This is not a petition per say, but Zalinyar and I would be very grateful if you could pass this invitation along to His Grace."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "Of course, will be happy to!"
Grymmlen says to Aaiyaah, "Thank you Sir."
Aaiyaah asks, "But you do know what this means right?"
Aaiyaah says, "This means you will get to experience one of the reknown bachelor parties we throw here in Theren."

Mazrian says, "There are some very chaste line dances."

Mazrian says, "I've been to several weddings in Therengia. Some of them were mine."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alrighty, any more petitions?"

Mazrian quietly says to himself, "Going to take up a sideline in unlicensed construction.."
Aaiyaah says, "That the Orcs rejected my services to be their Court Advisor."
Kintryn asks, "What?"
Karthor asks, "Imagine that?"
Anuril asks, "Speaking of construction, could we maybe put up a fence around the portal to the zengmodaleth? Keep the cats out?"
Aaiyaah asks, "Anuril....is that...a petition?"
Aaiyaah says, "It is just so ...touching."
Aaiyaah says, "First petition from ....Anuril."
Aaiyaah exclaims, "All this time!"
Mazrian thoughtfully asks, "Perhaps we could attract some aether dogs to the area?"
Dantia quietly says to Aaiyaah, "He's becoming one of us."
Anuril says to Mazrian, "We'd end up needing something bigger later to take care of the dogs."
Zynell says to Mazrian, "You already threatened one kitten."
Mazrian says, "Fire eagles."
Mazrian says, "Clearly."
Aaiyaah says, "Hmm, labor is pretty hard to find and expensive these days.....that birdbath wasnt cheap at the Quad to construct."
Zynell says to Mazrian, "I request you cease future ones."
Aaiyaah says, "Will see about that fence."
Aaiyaah says, "I mean....I wont even talk about the cost of SUPPLIES for a certain bridge."
Anuril dryly says, "At least the labor was cheap."
Dantia says, "I'm sure the Baron is only a few more days away from paying that invoice."
Aaiyaah says, "Oh yes, I am positive he is."
Dantia asks Reiku, "Yes?"
Reiku says, "Your device made me feel.. odd."
Dantia says to Reiku, "It's a room wide effect, grants a little extra luck to everyone."

Zalinyar says, "Heart and Helm will be having only one event next month, as we've been horribly busy with wedding plans."
Zalinyar says, "We will be holding a hearlding contest during the jousts next month and the one after, and the winners of those contests will be our Hearalds for the World Jousting Tournament."
Aaiyaah says, "Zali, I promise we will give it our best effort to get Grymm back in time for the sentencing."
Aaiyaah says, "I am sorry, the wedding."

Grymmlen softly says, "I am going to be in so much trouble."
Zalinyar says, "Just don't make me threaten to melt my friends faces by allowing him to show up with glitter in his hair."

Aaiyaah says, "Dice event? Now that sounds fun."

Elizzibiana says to Aaiyaah, "Not sure myself having never attend theirs."
Aaiyaah says, "Well, it sounds fun. Will have to check that out."

Karthor says, "In a bit over an hour, the Guard's hostin' a trivia event over at El'Bain's."
Aaiyaah says to Zalinyar, "Oh and the Theren Guard Order House may or may not have the absolutely best spot for said not bachelor party to commence...."
Zalinyar says, "Mmmhmmm."
Aaiyaah says, "Thanks for coming m friend."
Aaiyaah asks, "Oh you wanted to speak?"
Aaiyaah says, "Mistakes were made."
Anuril says, "In about 4 andaen, the moon mage Ruecolle will be hosting a lecture at the old tower of Arhat, I believe she has some cosmological theory to share that may be of interest to war mages."
Grymmlen says, "In my thoughts for a little bit."
Mazrian says, "If nothing else, I believe that won't be dull."
Etasia says, "'ellos all."
Anuril dryly says, "Moon mages rarely are."
Zynell says to Mazrian, "I have been surprised before."
Aaiyaah says, "Thanks so much Anuril."
Mazrian says to Zynell, "One never knows, of course. But it wouldn't be the first time something explosive went on in that tower, and there's an air ship to escape on."
Aaiyaah asks, "Alright, anything else folks need to speak on before we adjourn?"
Mazrian says, "Yes, one thing, maybe."
Mazrian says, "It has been a long time since we did a proper training exercise."
Mazrian says, "Given everything that's going on, I'm going to arrange an expedition to leave from up here and move about the Black Spire."
Aaiyaah says, "Oh the black spire? Ok, thats good."
Mazrian says, "We will, of course, take pains not to engage in violence."
Reiku says to Mazrian, "Sounds boring."
Mazrian says, "But should violence find us as we bust down the door.."
Mazrian says, "Well."
Mazrian says, "It is training, after all.c."
Mazrian says, "That will be in three weeks or so, to give time to make all the arrangements."
Aaiyaah asks, "Oh speaking of training, has the combat academy kicked off?"
Zynell says, "That is plenty of time for Shard's letters to go out at least."
Mazrian says, "It has not. That is going to be on hold pending some changes to the format."
Aaiyaah says, "Spire made me think of them orbs that Teyl made me try to disarm a bunch."
Reiku asks, "Combat academy?"
Zynell asks Mazrian, "Is this the way around "not going in with fire raining"??"
Anuril says to Reiku, "A training program where we teach adventurers to work as a team."
Reiku asks Anuril, "And this is open to everyone?"
Mazrian says to Zynell, "We wouldn't be raining fire. The Spire area is all indoors."
Anuril says, "Anyone can apply although each class has limited size."
You ask Zynell, "Where would the fun be when not dodging drops of lava and fire?"

Aaiyaah says, "Well folks, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you all THANK YOU so much for coming to these meetings. These are really for you and I love how much fun and what we accomplish during these."
Zynell asks Mazrian, "Are you checking with ayrell about the status of the efforts with the priests before running the training?"

Mazrian says to Zynell, "I will ask her if the Mountain Guard would like to take part, of course."

Zynell says, "That is not what i askeed."
