After leaving the Rippentropp family, [[Dametri]] found himself with a lot of free time. It wasn't long before he was contacted by an old friend to do a little work. [[Caelumia]] asked him to infiltrate [[The Sanguine Eye]] and report back to her with any important information that would assist in the capture of suspected necromancer [[Xzean]]. Almost immediately after attaining the job, Dametri contacted the Empress [[Sebastienne]] Dane, to see if any of his work could aid her cause. He was met with approval and interest and quickly began feeding her information about both groups. Dametri moved up the Sanguine Eye ranks rather quickly, slaying Inquisitors on a daily basis to show his strength and determination to both sides.
