The Venue

[Arthe Hollow Inn, Common Room] The room is filled with long, low tables and stools, where several people sit eating hearty bowls of Arthe Hollow's popular lamb stew. A large stone fireplace dominates one wall. Daisy Burdock, the inn's cook and waitress, crosses the room carrying a precarious arrangement of bowls and plates. She stops briefly to tease and joke with a regular customer or glance out the window. A sign is posted prominently next to the archway. You also see a log, a baby wolf who is sitting, a log, a polished wooden bar with some stuff on it, an open doorway, a wooden menuboard, and some wooden stairs.

Performer

Poet Linett DeMooren-Budna of Therengia, an Elf.

She has pointed ears and silver eyes. Her platinum hair is very long and thick, and is worn in a tousled mass of locks that tumbles over her shoulders. She has ebon skin. She has blue musical notes painted diagonally across her face.

She has a tattoo of an iridescent winged butterfly on her ankle.

She is wearing a platinum jadeite gwethdesuan, a platinum kyanite gwethdesuan, a small embroidered case, a soft suede haversack, a beaded crimson silk corset with tightly drawn ivory laces, an albredine crystal ring, a carved ivory pick, an obsidian wedding band inset with jade and a sparkling diamond, a braided gold ring cradling tiny fire opals within its folds, a diaphanous crimson gossamer skirt resplendent with golden scarves, some red ribbon garters, some gold silk stockings and some sleek red leather thigh boots laced up the back with steelsilk laces.

Linett gets a silverwillow picnic basket from inside her suede haversack. Linett pulls a fringed blue homespun cloth out of a picnic basket, setting her basket aside as she shakes out the cloth and lays it out upon the ground. Linett says to Daerlynn, "I thought we were not telling anyone." Donalisa gets a log from inside her mesh backpack. Donalisa offers Linett a log. Useff beams at Michie! Useff just hugged Michie. Linett accepts Donalisa's log. Linett gazes at Donalisa. Donalisa gets a log from inside her mesh backpack. Donalisa offers Linett a log. Linett bends over and shakes Raziaar's shoulder! Raziaar laughs at Linett. Niteshiver exclaims, "a concert with women!" Kelela says, "Really it's a bit mind boggling in here." Gylee hugs Linett, who wraps her arms around Gylee with a warm smile. Ghilayne exclaims, "and kiss!" Lethargy wobbles, looking a bit faint. Kelela says, "Makes me glad I'm not performing." Lethargy looks at Ghilayne and drools. (Tashya tosses out hugs like they're going out of style.) Donalisa offers Niteshiver a log. Wyndz exclaims, "Good to see you again!" Lethargy says to Ghilayne, "It's apparently been too long for me." Lethargy fans herself. Wyndz says, "Ooo" Ghilayne nods to Lethargy. Daerlynn smiles. Ghilayne says, "or me." Linett asks Donalisa, "Is this log to knock myself out with?" Ghilayne asks, "perhaps both?" Useff blinks. Elabela caresses the fabric of her gown and smiles. Wow, what a smile. Niteshiver accepts Donalisa's log. Lethargy grins at Ghilayne. Niteshiver gazes at a log. Sir Madigan's group just arrived. Linett slowly empties her lungs. Lethargy squints. Lethargy casually observes the area. Kelela says, "I require twice as much as others" Useff says to Lethargy, "You can do me again" Kelela gives Lethargy a playful poke in the ribs. Lethargy grins. Lethargy smiles and sits in Useff's lap. Lethargy takes a seat near Useff. Useff lets out a deep sigh of contentment. Lethargy pulls Useff onto her lap, dipping him back over her arm to press a noisy smooch against Useff's lips -- how theatrical! Linett flirts with Lethargy. Lethargy smiles demurely, giving Linett her full attention. Linett says, "I put drinks out on the cloth there." Lethargy makes a chirring noise in Linett's direction. Linett motions toward a fringed blue homespun cloth. Useff straightens a fringed blue homespun cloth, smoothing out the wrinkles. Destinie smiles at Kargoth. Niteshiver gazes at Kelela. Wyndz nods to Cardinalred. Lethargy chuckles. Linett says, "ok.. half of you have to leave." Chabelle grins at Linett. Kelela laughs at Linett. Linett says, "I only rehearsed for a much much smaller crowd." Donalisa gives Linett a gentle poke in the ribs. Linett nods. Cardinalred grins at Linett. Kitainya grins at Linett. Tashya asks, "What's that? You want us to call in about 50 more?" Useff says to Linett, "I swear I didn't mention it" Melissande says to Linett, "We'll mostly hide" Linett yanks off the head of her toy mouse, carefully removing a tiny crystal flask from its hiding place. Lifting the flask to her lips, she takes a quick sip, saving the rest for later, then replaces the cap and slips the flask back inside the mouse. Linett hiccups. Donalisa chants in a mezzo-soprano voice:

   "Oh, half of you must leave...the bottom half, please"

Linett exclaims, "oooh I feel fine now.. Come on in!" Tashya asks, "We could call in the sister reserves?" Chabelle gazes at her tequila. Linett hiccups. Esmaril gets a flute of D'Or's infamous tipple from atop a fringed blue homespun cloth. Niteshiver grins at Ghilayne. Kelela says, "Everyone..." Linett winks at Esmaril. Esmaril takes a sip of his tipple. Donalisa grins at Lethargy. Kelela says, "close your eyes" Khestryl just hugged Michie. Esmaril grins at Linett. Kelela says, "and pretend you're not here" Kelela nods. Tashya covers her eyes with her hand. Chabelle just hugged Michie. Ghilayne curtsies to Esmaril. Dulcinie says to Donalisa, "No thank you." Daniellyne covers her eyes with her hand. Gylee covers his eyes with his hand. You hear the voice of Mazrian say, "No discrimination against our short bretheren." Kelela says, "there see, no one's watching Linett" Esmaril nods to Ghilayne. Donalisa chuckles at Dulcinie. Iliani chuckles. Lethargy says to Donalisa, "This is what ye call a sour spinster." Chabelle grins at Kelela. Khestryl leans against a polished wooden bar. Linett says to Kelela, "Useff told me to pretend everyone was nude." Khestryl hums a quiet tune. Elabela says, "Do apgolize, Linett should told ya that tea i gave ya had brandy in it." Tashya takes a sip of her beer. Donalisa laughs! Cardinalred says to Linett, "Surely I can stay. I'm a Halfling which for some means half a person." Kelela says, "Um" Khestryl grins. Kelela exclaims, "Michie eats wurms!" Odd, Kelela's lips didn't seem to move. Donalisa gives Lethargy a gentle poke in the ribs. Elabela hums to herself. Wyndz coughs. Kelela says, "No pinchin meh bum..." Kelela nods. Linett says to Kelela, "Of course he doesn't realize I do that all the time." Lethargy grins. Ghilayne says, "I could use one of those, Lethargy." Linett gazes at her fingernails. Kelela laughs! Ghilayne nods to Niteshiver. Kelela snuggles up to Linett. Melissande snuggles up to Michie. Kelela bats her eyelashes. Niteshiver says, "dont call me a bum" Donalisa gazes at Michie in awe. Lethargy grins at Ghilayne. Linett leans on Michie. Wyndz chuckles at Tiso. Michie snuggles up to Melissande. Tiso shakes his head at Wyndz. Renala nods to Gylee. Wyndz laughs at Tiso. Donalisa asks Michie, "you eat wurms?" Lethargy gets a frosted cherry tart from atop a fringed blue homespun cloth. Michie grins at Linett, her dimples flashing into view. Lethargy offers Ghilayne a frosted cherry tart. Ghilayne accepts Lethargy's cherry tart. Lethargy just tickled Ghilayne. Niteshiver says, "wurst" Hashi takes a sip of her cream. Melissande says to Michie, "Thanks sis." Michie exclaims to Donalisa, " Apparantly!" Ghilayne winks at Lethargy. Tiso chuckles. Daerlynn smiles. Ghilayne exclaims, "thank you!" Linett says, "Gods you are all going to be so disappointed." Chabelle playfully brushes the tip of her tail against Daerlynn's ankles. Niteshiver leans on Cardinalred. Linett says, "Drink .. lots." Michie exclaims to Melissande, " Welcomes Sis!" Donalisa asks, "what's wurst than wurms?" Linett nods. Daerlynn snuggles up to Chabelle. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Melissande scoffs at Linett. Iliani chuckles at Linett. Ghilayne takes a bite of the tart. Chabelle grins at Linett. Gylee chuckles at Linett. Wyndz flashes a wide grin. Chabelle snuggles up to Linett. Melissande asks Linett, "Ye do go on, dinna ye?" Niteshiver bows to Esmaril. Cardinalred grins at Niteshiver. Esmaril nods to Niteshiver. (Daerlynn bounces up front!) Khestryl licks her lips. Wyndz licks her lips. Elabela says, "not allowed to get drunk." Daerlynn recites:

   "Hello, all!"

Michie ponders. Chabelle lets out a hearty cheer for Daerlynn! Daniellyne smiles at Daerlynn. Linett says to Melissande, "It is why Silvyrfrost let me join." Hashi tips her helm to Esmaril with a courteous nod. Lethargy hugs Daerlynn, who wraps her arms around Lethargy with a warm smile. Elabela leans on Dulcinie. Cardinalred waves to Daerlynn. Michie asks, "Worm sausage?"

   "Welcome to the 122nd Arthe Dale concert!"

Useff beams at Daerlynn! Esmaril applauds. Gylee smiles at Ghilayne. Trail Rider Thangor just arrived. Chabelle gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Elabela hums to herself. Madigan applauds. Hashi shrugs. Wyndz smiles. Mazrian gets an impish expression on his face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Linett slowly empties her lungs. Lethargy bops herself over the head. Mealla just arrived. Useff grins at Lethargy. Donalisa grins. Daerlynn recites:

   "Before I introduce tonight's performer, I wanted to say two things."

Daerlynn smiles. Niteshiver says, "1-" Wyndz smiles at Daerlynn. Linett gazes at Daerlynn. Gylee grins at Cardinalred. Chabelle smiles at Daerlynn. Raziaar peers quizzically at Ghilayne. Donalisa chuckles at Niteshiver. Elabela ponders hope that not two things, "ear plus. " Elabela ducks her head. Daerlynn recites:

   "First, I wanted to thank Zoluren and Zoluren's Court Bard and Poets for giving us in Theren such a wonderful concert last week."

Daerlynn smiles. Elabela takes a sip of her absinthe. Elabela looks around at something that you can't see, laughing softly in amazement. Mealla smiles. Madigan lets out a loud "Huzzah!" for Daerlynn! Chabelle applauds. Wyndz applauds. Donalisa gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Mazrian flashes a quick grin at Madigan. Wyndz gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Linett nods emphatically. Kargoth applauds. Niteshiver bows to Daerlynn. Mazrian lets out a hearty cheer for Daerlynn! Khestryl applauds. Donalisa grins. Dulcinie applauds. Tiso applauds. Madigan calmly says, "And they didn't get arrested." Linett exclaims, "Aye!    "Ye were great to have us...an dwe loved it"

Wyndz says, "Excellent show" Tashya says, "The trial is still pending..." Lethargy ducks her head. Kargoth says, "that was a great show" Donalisa laughs at Lethargy. Tashya winks at Madigan. Wyndz chuckles. Michie applauds. Melissande applauds. Madigan grins at Tashya. Donalisa grins at Tashya. Lethargy makes a chirring noise in the back of her throat. Daniellyne takes a sip of her toddy. Lethargy scoots over a little closer to Donalisa. Elabela crosses her eyes. Madigan smiles at Lethargy. Donalisa snuggles up to Lethargy. Lethargy winks at Madigan. Niteshiver takes a seat. Renala takes a sip of her liqueur. Lethargy grins at Donalisa. Niteshiver glances at Tashya. Niteshiver says, "i heard that" Wyndz grins slowly. Tashya whistles insistently at Niteshiver, with a tone reminiscent of a mockingbird. Donalisa purrs happily in Madigan's general direction. Elabela leans on Daerlynn. Lethargy says, "And the second thing, Daer? Ye do nae have tae apologize for leaving that morning without a note." Niteshiver laughs! Donalisa nods to Elabela. Daerlynn recites:

   "Secondly, I would like to invite you all, this coming Friday, for Theren's play series one year anniversary play, Nissa's Choice, a musical play I guess you could call it."

Lethargy clears her throat. Elabela lifts the hem of her gown slightly. Oh, what beautiful ankles! Lethargy ducks her head. Elabela straightens the fabric of her gown and lets it fall into place, wiggling a little as she does so. Tashya laughs at Lethargy. Iliani snickers. Chabelle grins at Lethargy. Elabela hums to herself. Donalisa chuckles. Daerlynn sticks her tongue out at Lethargy. Wyndz chuckles. Lethargy flashes a wide grin. Khestryl begins chortling at Lethargy. Chabelle lets out a hearty cheer for Daerlynn! Wyndz nods to Daerlynn. Dulcinie lets out a hearty cheer for Daerlynn! Wyndz looks at Daerlynn and applauds! Niteshiver says, "i was so scared she was gonna say Nissas Ride" Elabela giggles a little oddly. Useff exclaims, "A great play, too!" Chabelle says, "One year ..." Raising her hhyssk'et squeeze to Daerlynn, Lethargy gives her a toast. Chabelle wobbles, looking a bit faint. Useff points at Daerlynn. Daerlynn grins at Niteshiver. Mealla laughs at Niteshiver. Daerlynn sticks her tongue out at Useff. Elabela shakes her head at Michie. Tiso takes a sip of his tequila. Useff grins at Daerlynn. Useff just blew Daerlynn a kiss. Lethargy chuckles at Useff. (Niteshiver assumes the position.) Madigan utters a quiet praise-filled word. Daerlynn recites:

   "And its my first play in a loooong time... so come and fall asleep!"

Daniellyne gazes at Niteshiver. Daerlynn giggles. Wyndz chuckles at Daerlynn. Dulcinie just tickled Daerlynn, who laughs and returns the favor. Khestryl rubs her eyes. Chabelle grins at Daerlynn. Niteshiver lets out a hearty cheer for Daerlynn! Lethargy yawns expansively. Gylee grins at Daerlynn. Mealla ponders. Chabelle exclaims, "It's a beautiful play!" Khestryl snores lightly. Elabela leaps to her feet! Khestryl asks, "Huh?" Useff grabs Khestryl's arm and shakes her! Daerlynn grins at Khestryl. Niteshiver leans on Khestryl. Wyndz chuckles. Xanzie says to Daerlynn, "I seriously doubt anyone will sleep" Khestryl appears to be trying hard not to grin. Chabelle nods to Xanzie. Linett asks Useff, "She is getting old, eh?" Linett glances at Khestryl. Useff says, "Daerlynn may. She's been working hard" Lethargy asks Daerlynn, "If we fell asleep at your play, could we count it sleeping with ye in stories after?" Khestryl looks at Linett and coughs. Daerlynn giggles at Useff. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Linett sticks her tongue out at Khestryl. Daerlynn exclaims, "Nope!" Khestryl narrows her eyes. Lethargy begins pouting. Chabelle grins at Lethargy. Mealla grins at Lethargy. Khestryl appears to be trying hard not to grin. Lethargy grins. Cardinalred grins at Gylee. Niteshiver sighs. Niteshiver says, "so close" Niteshiver nods to Lethargy. Lethargy nods to Niteshiver. Useff says, "Daerlynn may. She's been working hard" Linett quietly says to Khestryl, "If you kill me, I don't have to sing." Khestryl ponders. Useff whistles a merry tune. Renala grins at Linett, her dimples flashing into view. Daerlynn recites:

   "Come, and you can see that I have now written two songs with the same name.  I am beginning to repeat myself!"

Lethargy chuckles at Linett. Gylee smiles at Ghilayne. Niteshiver nods to Useff. Cardinalred says to Linett, "We can get a cleric." Niteshiver says, "again" Daerlynn rolls her eyes. Khestryl asks Linett, "Aye, but then why punish everyone?" Gylee leans on Ghilayne. Linett gives Cardinalred a good pinch! Chabelle grins at Daerlynn. Chabelle grins at Khestryl. Khestryl gives Linett a good pinch! Renala takes a sip of her liqueur. Dulcinie says to Linett, "I'm a cleric." Dark Illusionist Elabela just arrived. Elabela takes a seat near Daerlynn. Linett flails her arms about. Chabelle chuckles at Dulcinie. Useff praises Dulcinie. Daerlynn recites:

   "Tonight we have a wonderful performer!"

Linett quietly says, "No help these people." Dulcinie snuggles up to Linett. Mealla takes a sip of her toddy. Ntorynn puts his flask in his oilcloth hip pouch. Daniellyne's ears perk up happily. Lethargy nods to Linett. Linett exclaims, "Useff!" Linett motions to Useff. Useff sits up straight, looking proud. Linett glances at Daerlynn.

Cardinalred grins. Esmaril quietly says to Linett, "I did not bring weapons. My apologies." Elabela laughs softly, trying to hide her amusement. Useff says, "Surprise" Donalisa gazes at Linett. The air around Renala drifts over to you and has the sensation of strawberries. Daerlynn recites:

   "After you hear her, you can sing, "I've seen fire and I've seen rain..""

Linett slowly empties her lungs. Daerlynn recites:

   "Well... fire anyway!"

Donalisa points at a log on the floor. Elabela laughs softly, trying to hide her amusement. Donalisa says, "fire.." Daniellyne grins. Linett says, "I knew it wouldn't be that easy." Wyndz smiles. Chabelle grins. Niteshiver drops a log. (Daerlynn dates herself once more.) Niteshiver flinches. Renala takes a sip of her liqueur. Wyndz chuckles at Daerlynn. Iliani chuckles. Niteshiver glares at Donalisa. Chabelle grins at Daerlynn. Cardinalred laughs at Daerlynn. Donalisa glances at Niteshiver. Niteshiver says, "you set me up" Renala grins at Daerlynn, her dimples flashing into view. Donalisa grins. Daerlynn ponders at least someone will date me! Daerlynn winks. Useff quietly says to Lethargy, "I really wish she would quit dating herself and give the rest of us a chance" Dulcinie takes a sip of her toddy. Daerlynn laughs at Useff. Linett says to Esmaril, "I will restrain comment, so as to not offend all your lady admirers." Lethargy grins at Useff. Tiso chuckles at Useff. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Mealla giggles at Useff. Donalisa smiles innocently. Chabelle chuckles. Wyndz shifts her weight. Esmaril quietly says to Linett, "Later." Hashi nods to Daerlynn. Esmaril winks at Linett. Mealla takes a sip of her toddy. Linett fans herself. Linett reaches over and covers Useff's ears with her hands. Daniellyne giggles. Useff flails his arms about. Chabelle grins. Daerlynn recites:

   "I know you all know her.  Many of you have received hugs and smooches from her!"

Esmaril hums an innocent tune. Mealla takes a sip of her toddy. Daerlynn recites:

   "Let's hear it for..."

Lethargy appears to be concentrating intently on something. Daerlynn yells, "Linett!" Wyndz applauds. Raising his D'Or's infamous tipple to Linett, Esmaril gives her a toast. Daerlynn beams! Ntorynn gets an impish expression on his face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Dulcinie gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Mealla applauds. Linett says, "Well guess I am stuck for it now." Useff blinks at Ghilayne. Linett slowly empties her lungs. Ghilayne gasps! Lethargy grins at Ghilayne. Mazrian nods to Wyndz. Kitainya grins. Dulcinie chuckles at Ghilayne. Gylee grins at Ghilayne. Raziaar just tickled Ghilayne, who laughs and returns the favor. Niteshiver glances at Ghilayne. Ghilayne says, "I can die of embarrassment now." Lethargy says to Ghilayne, "Ye're acting like a frosted cherry tart, hon." Lethargy leans over and licks Ghilayne. Lethargy giggles. Lethargy moves a flagon of hhyssk'et squeeze to her left hand. Xanzie smiles. Khestryl begins chortling at Lethargy. Gylee says to Ghilayne, "Customary to wait til after she sings" Lethargy gets a frosted cherry tart from atop a fringed blue homespun cloth. Lethargy offers Ghilayne a frosted cherry tart. Lethargy says to Ghilayne, "Now hit with this one." Mealla grins at Gylee. Ghilayne moves a frosted cherry tart to her left hand. Linett just hugged Ghilayne. Lethargy hums a mischievous tune. Lethargy winks at Linett. Niteshiver says, "glad it wasnt a jar of lubricant" Linett nervously says, "Hi there! I guess since they wouldn't let me cancel, and won't let me leave, I guess I have no choice but to inflict my songs upon you." Ghilayne blushes a bright red color. Linett releases the clasp of her songbook with a faint *click*, and turns to the page where the deep ebony silk ribbon is placed. Linett takes on a studious look. Ileia smiles at Linett. Daniellyne smiles at Linett. Donalisa fixes Linett with an intent, predatory stare. Linett says, "Gods no, you can't hear that one." Renala grins, revealing her dimples. Linett says, "Oh that must have been a very drunk period of song writing indeed." Linett shakes her head. Cardinalred laughs! Chabelle grins at Linett. Michie chuckles. Linett says, "Ahh yes, Now this song. Well. Some of you have heard it. Most of you have not. This is a deeply personal song, but I wished to share it because I am not one to deny the range of my emotion. It also helps explain why I have been so long in hiding of late, in a way." Linett taps her fingers on one of the open pages of of her open songbook with a faraway look on her face. Linett says, "This one will do." Linett closes the cover of her songbook, the clasp catching with a delicate "click". Tashya says, "I bet she has her songbook divided by vodka, tequila, and whiskey periods." Linett puts her songbook in her embroidered case. Tashya hums to herself. Linett places her hand over Tashya's mouth. Elabela snickers. Cardinalred grins at Tashya. Gylee smiles at Linett. Niteshiver chortles softly at some secret joke. Mealla smiles. Khestryl begins chortling at Tashya. Linett exclaims, "Drinks on the cloth too!" Linett quietly says, "It is called "Sorrow" and please do not panic or worry about me after hearing it." Linett exclaims, "And I really mean that!" Linett exclaims, "Dont worry!" Donalisa laughs! Khestryl nibbles her lip thoughtfully.

Linett begins her performance for her audience.

Chabelle smiles. Linett bows her head as her shoulders start to shake. After several long moments she seems to regain a small measure of composure. Her head slowly rises again to face you even though her eyes remain closed. You are forced to lean forward to hear her whisper-soft singing.

Linett quietly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Sorrow fills my soul
     until I am awash
     in utter despair
     that does overwhelm me."

Linett quietly sings in a soprano voice:

Gylee leans forward. Linett slowly empties her lungs. Linett quietly sings in a soprano voice:

Raziaar gazes at Linett. Linett wraps her arms around herself tightly as tears make their way down her cheek. Her body shivers slightly leaving you with the impression she is afraid of something.

Linett softly sings in a soprano voice:

   "I am haunted by
     a past that even now binds
     me to it firmly
     coloring everything."

Linett softly sings in a soprano voice:

   "You see things in me
     that do not really exist
     you see a perfect
     version of what you need."

Linett softly sings in a soprano voice:

     to ensure you love me
     to keep you happy
     pretending to feel."

Linett winces as conflicting emotions are clearly played out over her face. Her head tilts downwards until her chin rests firmly against her chest and her hair falls forward to cover her face. Her arms release their crushing embrace as if realizing they offered no real comfort.

Linett sadly sings in a soprano voice:

   "I am lost without
     you ever by my side so near
     and yet I am lost
     with you so near to my heart."

Linett sadly sings in a soprano voice:

   "I am desolate
     but I hide it so well
     you had no idea
     of my daily struggle."

Linett sadly sings in a soprano voice:

Linett slowly turns in a tight circle until her back is facing you. Her voice is carried clearly to your ears as she reaches the top of her vocal range to close her song.

Linett tiredly sings in a soprano voice:

   "So sorry that I
     cannot be what you wish
     or needed me to
     be for you or for us."

Linett stands very still as the last notes fade away into nothingness. Just as you start to wonder if she is able to face you again she turns around with a swirl of energy, a bright smile lighting her face. It occurs to you that her smile is perhaps too wide but that thought is carried away as she gazes into your eyes imploringly and then sinks into a deep curtsy.

Gylee adds to Linett's praises. Donalisa lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Michie looks at Linett and applauds! Mealla sniffles.

Linett ends her performance.

Useff gets a pint of Hibbles' dark stout from inside his Bard's bag. Madigan smiles warmly. Linett says, "I call this... "Ode to being juicy." This is a tiny little song I wrote after a time I spent with a certain Elf on a mountain top. He, of course, knows who he is... I hope! Thank you for inspiring me in everything that followed, including these words." Elabela nods to Donalisa. Donalisa grins. Gylee chuckles. Chabelle grins. Lethargy smiles. Rykard grins. Cardinalred asks Gylee, "You?" Linett quietly asks, "Hmm wasn't this one of the bad songs?" Linett frets. Finally she stands and drops into a deep curtsy indicating the end of her song. As she stands you notice her humming what sounds like another verse quietly to herself as she smiles wistfully.) Linett leaps to her feet! Elabela applauds. Daerlynn blushes a bright red color. Cardinalred looks at Linett and applauds! Melissande beams at Linett! Daerlynn stands up. Stelling looks at Linett and applauds! Melissande beams at Daerlynn! You let out a hearty cheer for Linett! Daerlynn says, "Oh my...." Esmaril looks at Linett and applauds! Linett gathers up a fringed blue homespun cloth and all the food it holds, stuffing the bundle into a silverwillow picnic basket and closing the lid securely. Useff gets some gold-tipped desumos bones from inside his hip pouch. Linett says, "No more drinks if you don't all calm down." Linett hums an innocent tune. Lethargy grins at Linett. Linett pulls a fringed blue homespun cloth out of a picnic basket, setting her basket aside as she shakes out the cloth and lays it out upon the ground. Cayene says, "Damn. She wins." Linett asks Useff, "Lend me your bones?" Wyndz stands up. Lethargy says to Linett, "It's the songs, nae the drinks, boo." Linett gets a multicolored silk cloth stitched with tiny butterflies from inside her suede haversack. Lethargy makes a chirring noise in Linett's direction. Useff offers Linett some gold-tipped desumos bones. Linett grins at Lethargy. Linett accepts Useff's desumos bones. Paschein smiles. Linett lets out a deep sigh of contentment. Commander Cyiarriah's group just arrived.

Linett softly says, "Now this song was also thought of over the space of several long long years, but just recently written down. This song is called "The Lesson."

(Linett shyly gazes at D'Or as she runs her cloth carefully over her bones. When people start to clear their throats in impatience she quickly blinks twice and lets the cloth drop into her lap. Blushing slightly she begins a light melody on her bones that puts you in mind of shopping.)

Niteshiver laughs! Linett gazes at Esmaril. Niteshiver grins at Linett. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke.

Linett hopefully sings in a soprano voice:

   "Can it be ivory-inlaid?
    Perhaps a bodhran made of pine?
    I promise treatment with caution.
    Never to be covered in grime."

Xixist smiles at Linett.

Linett wistfully sings in a soprano voice:

   "A case? Maybe in wool brocade.
    Would you be mad if I decline?
    I'm sure it's the latest fashion.
    To not buy it would be a crime."

Linett gazes at Esmaril.

(Linett tilts her head slightly to the side and gazes only at D'Or. The melody shifts to a more sultry shimmer of sound as she leans forward towards the True Bard. You catch the words she silently mouths to D'Or, "I only bought so many instruments to see you.")

Linett blushes furiously! Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Khestryl chuckles to herself. Donalisa grins. Madigan smiles at Linett.

Linett coyly sings in a soprano voice:

   "The True Bard Esmaril D'Or
    For countless years you I adore
    Your attention I do implore
    I wish you would share my amour

    For a private lesson in Lore."

Niteshiver snaps his fingers. Tashya smiles slyly at Esmaril. A rock boggle waddles in with a smug look and pauses. The boggle then glances once over its shoulder, and runs away, chortling! Donalisa blinks. Wyndz chuckles. Cayene says, "That boggle.. bout said it all." Cayene nods. (Linett flashes a quick grin at Esmaril and gives him a wink as her melody becomes more playful and light.) Tashya asks, "Boggle?" Lethargy nods to Cayene. Donalisa grins at Lethargy. Wyndz grins. Linett teasingly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Did I see you with a barmaid?
    Can't I convince you to be mine?
    Gazing in your eyes I'm undone.

Esmaril blushes, the tips of his ears turning a deep shade of red. Chabelle grins at Esmaril. Linett gazes longingly at Esmaril. Cayene says, "She's making ME want him." Linett quietly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Oh to be touched for a time by you D'Or."

Donalisa grins at Cayene. (Linett cradles the bones in her lap as the last note rings in the air. She bows from the waist and gives the audience a warm smile before turning back to Esmaril and blowing him a kiss and gazing at him for another very long moment before clearing her throat and rising gracefully to her feet.) [Arthe Hollow Inn, Common Room] The room is filled with long, low tables and stools, where several people sit eating hearty bowls of Arthe Hollow's popular lamb stew. A large stone fireplace dominates one wall. Daisy Burdock, the inn's cook and waitress, crosses the room carrying a precarious arrangement of bowls and plates. She stops briefly to tease and joke with a regular customer or glance out the window. A sign is posted prominently next to the archway. You also see a fringed blue homespun cloth with some stuff on it, a log, a log, a log, a polished wooden bar with some stuff on it, an open doorway, a wooden menuboard, and some wooden stairs. Linett lovingly says to Useff, "Words or music could never capture all the emotions we share, or thank you for all that you give to me. I named this song "Ruh Maite" and wrote it for you. Never a time shall pass that we will not be bonded or love each other. No matter what any may think or wish." Khestryl grins at Useff. Daerlynn smiles at Useff. (Linett quietly mouthes to Esmaril "Except you of course!") Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Chabelle chuckles. Tashya laughs! Tiso chuckles to himself. Donalisa chuckles. Khestryl chortles softly at some secret joke. Xanzie chuckles. Gylee chuckles. Kitainya grins. Cardinalred grins at Linett. Linett stares deeply into Useff's eyes. Wille chuckles at Linett. Linett smiles at several people in the audience and gives them a quick wink as they make a sad little sigh. She gazes back into Useff's eyes.

(Linett wraps her arms around herself in a pale imitation of a lovers embrace.)

Wyndz smiles. Raziaar sighs softly. Linett frowns slightly as she resist the urge to leap into Useff's lap after closely examining the distance from the her to where he sits. Lethargy takes a sip of her Tipple. Lethargy blushes and babbles a few incoherent words, looking foolish but sincere. Useff scoots over a little closer to Linett. Esmaril takes a sip of his tipple. Linett sings in a soprano voice:

   "In your mind I steal
     over your inner thoughts
     such a distraction.
     
    Everything is so real."

Xixist smiles. Ghilayne gazes at Linett. (Linett tilts her head down and you think she must have been blushing.)

Raziaar shifts his weight. (Linett unwraps her arms from around herself and stretches them above her head. Suddenly she spins around in a tight circle several times and the sound of her joyful laughter reaches your ears.)

     my soul completely.
     
    True love does resound."

(Linett ends her dizzying spin by dropping into a low bow. Apparently she has spun a few too many times and as she slowly tilts to the side her eyes grow wide and she reaches out towards the audience as if to catch herself but to no avail. The room is filled with shocked stillness until the sound of Linett crashing to the ground and a few choice curse words break the silence. Quickly pulling her skirt from over the top of her head she leaps to her feet and bows once again amidst the snickering and laughter.) Wyndz grins. Chabelle blinks at Linett. Linett mutters cryptically to herself. Raising her hot toddy to Linett, Donalisa gives her a toast. Linett says, "Well that didn't quite go how I had rehearsed."

Chabelle chuckles. Raising his Taffelberry Tipple to Linett, Cardinalred gives her a toast. Wyndz chuckles. Donalisa grins at Linett. Linett folds her arms across her chest. Xixist smiles. Lethargy beams at Linett! Linett gazes at her fingernails. Khestryl grins at Esmaril. Daniellyne perks her ears up happily as she gazes at Linett. Chabelle says, "I'm just getting ready." Chabelle nods to Linett. Useff glances at Donalisa. Linett quietly says, "I am going to sing another song that I cannot say is a happy song, but again we must have balance. " Khestryl praises Esmaril. Donalisa grins. Linett says, "Sorry! Esmaril distracted me a tiny bit." Linett clears her throat. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Lethargy says, "Why? None of us here are well-balanced." Cardinalred grins. Lethargy grins at Linett. Donalisa grins at Lethargy. Donalisa nods to Niteshiver. Paschein raises an eyebrow in Lethargy's direction. Cayene says to Lethargy, "Alcoholism is no laughing matter" Linett says to Lethargy, "And I always thought you were the balanced one." Linett gulps. Linett calmly says, "I would only say before this song, that it is not about Useff and I. But if you choose to feel it is, when you buy him drinks to comfort him, he prefers Stout." Stelling laughs! Lethargy grins. Chabelle grins. Linett bats her eyes at Useff. Khestryl chuckles. Useff waves a pint of Hibbles' dark stout around. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Xixist grins. Linett sinks into a deep curtsy. Useff gazes at Linett. (Linett stands very still for a moment then quickly wipes her eyes as if annoyed by her emotion. She smiles and says "Ok! No more sad songs!" She gets her lute from her case and gazes at it. You know, I think I will sing you the tale of how I got this lute and about three hundred other items.)

Donalisa lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Raising his Taffelberry Tipple to Linett, Cardinalred gives her a toast. Niteshiver exclaims, "lovely!" Gylee lets out a loud "Huzzah!" Linett gets a graceful rosewood lute inlaid with pale blue moonstone sirese blossoms from inside her embroidered case. Kitainya applauds. Raising her hot toddy to Linett, Donalisa gives her a toast. Linett blushes, the tips of her ears turning a delicate scarlet hue. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Gylee looks at Linett and applauds! Esmaril applauds. Tashya smiles. Tiso applauds. Gylee exclaims, "Sing, Sing!" Paschein says, "Sing." Linett clears her throat. Paschein nods to Linett. Daerlynn smiles. Daniellyne says, "evil trader song, please" Ghilayne exclaims, "More! More!" Linett asks, "Are there any traders here?" Iliani raises her hand. Iliani says, "Part time only." Donalisa exclaims to Linett, "we forgive you for setting fires in the guild!" Donalisa hugs Linett, who wraps her arms around Donalisa with a warm smile. Niteshiver glares at Donalisa. Useff squints at Donalisa. Linett says, "Ok, sorry in advance." Linett nods to Iliani. Linett flashes a wide grin. (Linett slowly strums her lute as if searching for the right notes to pour forth without guidance. Finally a lilting tune emerges and she smiles encouragingly at the audience.) Iliani grins at Linett. Lethargy grins at Iliani.

Linett sweetly sings in a soprano voice:

   "I met a trader handsome and sweet.
    Softly did he whisper in my ear.
    He grasped my hand in his so gently.
    A slow walk in moonlight together."

Linett tenderly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Soon between us there was intense heat.
    So tender his words, "Have no fear."
    Fingers appraise my things intently
    A journey to tents for his ledger."

(Linett loudly rakes her pick across her lute strings, repeating the melody once before launching into the next verse.)

Linett tiredly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Day into night, I was dead on my feet.
    Shop! Shop! Shop! Sounded oh so sincere.
    Firm and hearty handshakes, so wordly.
    Suggestions from all, "Some new leather?"

Linett mockingly sings in a soprano voice:

   "With glee my funds they each did deplete!
    Out of coins - silent, I shed a tear.
    Any more coins, incidentally?
    They assured I'd many a treasure."

(Linett's strumming softens, the strings of her lute vibrating quietly.)

Linett painfully sings in a soprano voice:

   "Me, destitute. Your hasty retreat.
    Your words, "I must see to my career."
    Why is it you feel so differently?
    Left with only items for pleasure."

Linett harshly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Guards escort me out with conceit.
    Them all laughing I did overhear.
    I ran towards the ramp hastily.
    Crying, ran right into a healer."

Linett blinks.

(Linett's pick flies over her lute, bouncing back and forth between bass and treble strings.)

Xixist smiles at Linett. Linett kindly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Smiling at me, warmly she did greet.
    Words so kind, and she gave me a Beer!
    Gave her a pack, gifted her quickly.
    She accepted with joy and laughter!"

Linett happily says, " And thus, my love affair with shopping was born and my distrust of traders begun. Oh! And my love of giving away gifts too." Gylee chuckles. (Linett reprises the melody once more before strumming a final chord, letting the strings ring freely until the sound drifts away into the night.) Daerlynn smiles. Dulcinie smiles at Linett. Cardinalred snickers. Donalisa grins at Linett. Khestryl grins at Linett. Chabelle grins. Kitainya giggles. Linett winks. Daniellyne smiles. (Linett glares at all the Traders in the audience, but only briefly.) Iliani grins at Linett. Linett sinks into a deep curtsy.

Linett says, "And now, My very last song. But first I have to change. And consider yourselves lucky, I wanted to change outfits after every single song, but everyone I mentioned it to just gazed at me in horror, so I thought better of it."

Raziaar says, "A trader died while you were singing that." Raziaar grins. Khestryl chortles softly at some secret joke. Esmaril asks, "...in here?" Linett says, "That trader sold me lots of clothes after all." Esmaril ponders. Linett grins at Esmaril. Tiso rubs his hands together. Khestryl chortles softly at some secret joke. Daniellyne giggles. Dulcinie says, "She told me she was going to be naked." Linett says to Esmaril, "No, I was going to have you escort me outside." Linett hums to herself. Esmaril laughs! Lethargy grins at Dulcinie. Niteshiver laughs! Linett exclaims, "I was going to go alone!" Esmaril nods. Xixist grins. Chabelle grins at Linett. Xixist says, "I wont say it..." Daniellyne takes a sip of her toddy. Stelling chuckles to himself. Linett says, "Drink, tell jokes, then.. the naughty song." Linett nods. Xixist grins. Linett hums to herself. Kitainya grins. Daniellyne's ears perk up happily. Iliani chuckles.

Poet Linett wandered into an open doorway.

Lethargy applauds.

Poet Linett just arrived. Linett runs her fingers through her hair. Useff gazes at Linett. Linett says, "Wow, you all stayed." Chabelle gazes at Linett. Cardinalred looks at Linett and applauds! Javers blinks at Lethargy. Useff whistles an intricate melody full of trills in Linett's direction, ending on a drawn out, questioning note. Melissande gives Linett a good pinch! Linett says, "Erm.. I mean.. great! You all stayed." Wyndz covers her eyes with her hand. Destinie giggles. Kitainya laughs! Linett jumps back from Melissande! Xixist grins. Linett babbles something incoherent at Melissande. Khestryl begins chortling at Linett. Lethargy says to Javers, "Do nae mind me, I like being licked." Lethargy hums a song so cheerful it makes you nauseous. Javers covers her eyes with her hand. (Useff ushers all the kids out into the hallway) Javers grumbles. Wyndz chuckles at Useff. Donalisa chuckles at Useff. Linett says, "Oh yes, if you are shy, you should flee." Linett nods. (Daniellyne hides so Useff can't find her) Donalisa snuggles up to Linett. Donalisa chuckles at Daniellyne. Linett says, "Or.. if your soul is close to that.. dark edge." Destinie blushes a bright red color. Khestryl stands near an open doorway. Khestryl winks at Linett. Linett gives Khestryl a most suspicious look. (Kaladrax smiles as a couple of the more ..advanced ones sneak back in the window) Lethargy asks Useff, "I forget, am I shy or what?" Donalisa blinks. Khestryl appears to be trying hard not to grin. Useff looks thoughtfully at Lethargy. Linett shakes her head at Lethargy. Kitainya grins at Linett. Cayene says to Lethargy, "You are equally as shy as I am." Cayene nods to Lethargy. Useff quietly says to Lethargy, "We'll find out" Niteshiver asks, "how edgy is the edge?" Lethargy flashes a wide grin. Lethargy chuckles. Donalisa chuckles. Kitainya smiles at Linett. Linett says, "Gods, none of you are shy, or innocent, except me." Southridge strokes his beard in thoughtful contemplation. Linett folds her arms across her chest. Iliani scoffs at Linett. Esmaril asks Niteshiver, "When have you been worried about that?" Melissande glances at Linett. Stelling coughs. Khestryl looks at Linett and coughs. Linett grins at Esmaril. Linett clears her throat. Linett says, "/bravely This song is titled "My Flame" and several people have been subjected to the hearing of it. If you are faint of heart, or shy, you might flee now."

Niteshiver nods to Esmaril. Esmaril chortles softly at some secret joke. Donalisa chuckles. Xanzie smiles at Linett. Cayene exclaims, "Huzzah Flame!" Cayene lets out a loud "Huzzah!" Xanzie chuckles at Cayene. Cayene says, "Oh." Cayene says, "Wrong flame." Cayene coughs. Xanzie says to Cayene, "not that flame" Chabelle gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer.

Linett smiles a bit nervously then bows her head and becomes very quiet. Her posture speaks of unbearable tension even though she is absolutely still. Lightning quick her right hand rises to shoulder level and drops back to her waist in a sharp cutting gesture. As her hand again reaches her side the room is suddenly encased in utter darkness. Whisper soft, you hear Linett's voice raised in song.

Chabelle perks her ears up happily as she gazes at Linett.

Linett quietly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Passion fills me like lava in a volcano,
    Desire burns in me like an inferno.
    I am aflame, I am alight.
    Can you see me burning?"

Donalisa nods to Linett. Niteshiver squints at Linett. Donalisa points at a log on the floor. Niteshiver nods.

(Linett appears at the edge of your vision as her body is outlined by a red glow. She stands unmoving in front of you, her posture still tense. The only obvious difference is the heat you feel from the center of the room as the glow surrounding her becomes even brighter.)

Linett wistfully sings in a soprano voice:

   "Welling up inside, overflow - None can follow.
    Bubbling, boiling 'neath the surface below.
    Overwhelming - Can't find respite.
    Understand my yearning."

(Linett tosses her head back, shaking her hair out behind her. Her gaze seems focused on some point you cannot see yourself. As her index finger traces a slow path over the outside of her thigh you notice sparks falling from her fingertips wherever it touches flesh.)

Gylee grins at Linett. Chabelle gazes at Linett. Tiso leans forward.

Linett longingly sings in a soprano voice:

   "In intoxicating sensation I wallow.
    I am begging - Help me reach the plateau.
    Burning hot, no end to my plight,
    This fight I am losing."

Xixist smiles. Wyndz chuckles at Tiso. Tiso grins at Wyndz. Linett quietly says to Tiso, "No, you cannot sing this to Shantelle."

(Linett inhales sharply as she falls to her knees. Flames slowly lick along her skin until her body is encased in flickering white hot fire. As you each take a reflexive step backwards your eyes cannot help but be drawn back to Linett. Low whimpering can be heard as her clothing falls to ash surrounding her and she struggles to release the next words. She finally finds her voice to sing, though you notice it is at least a full octave lower.)

Wyndz laughs! Tiso begins pouting. Wyndz grins at Linett. Donalisa sniffs at Linett. (Cardinalred fans his hand in front of his face, trying to find relief from the heat come from the stage.) Wyndz quietly says, "'he's taking notes" Wyndz grins at Tiso. Tiso says to Wyndz, "Her father would make me a foot shorter." Linett helplessly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Quench this flame - Embrace me, cover me in shadow.
    Extinguish the fire, incinerate woe.
    Once, Twice, Thrice - Again I ignite.
    Flames endlessly writhing."

(Linett gazes into the audience searchingly. Her eyes quickly flash from person to person until finally her eyes grow wide and unmoving. As you turn to see who she could be staring at you see Useff staring back into her eyes. You notice him quickly nod at her once and the room is filled with soft whimpering until her voice again finds its way past her lips.)

Tiso chuckles to himself. Niteshiver smiles slowly.

Linett weakly sings in a soprano voice:

   "Searing
           Aching
                 Flaming
                        Coming."

(Linett slips to the ground from her knees as the flames slowly shift from red-white to a cooler blue-white. As the flames seep back into her naked skin you notice her eyelids beginning to flutter open before darkness envelops the room once again. As the light fills the room you see her quickly pulling a shift over herself. Her eyes find their way over each person in the room then she sinks into a low curtsy.)

Cayene says, "Geology: never more interesting a subject heretofore previous." Donalisa gulps. Wyndz grins. Raising your modwyn wine to Linett, Nilme gives her a toast. Cheers! Gylee exclaims, "Wow!" Linett adjusts her crimson silk shift. Gylee looks at Linett and applauds! Linett wobbles, looking a bit faint. Wyndz looks at Linett and applauds! Raising her hot toddy to Linett, Dulcinie gives her a toast. Raising her Taffelberry Tipple to Linett, Lethargy gives her a toast. Niteshiver stands up. Raising her hot toddy to Linett, Dulcinie gives her a toast. Raising her hot toddy to Linett, Donalisa gives her a toast. Chabelle stands up. Tiso looks at Linett and applauds! Melissande applauds. Tiso fans himself. Chabelle lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Raziaar looks at Linett and applauds! Kitainya grins at Linett. Southridge applauds. Melissande hugs Linett, who wraps her arms around Melissande with a warm smile. Kaladrax slinks up to Linett with fluid grace, curling his tail lazily in the air. Stelling lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Snkudutna looks at Linett and applauds! Kaladrax bows to Linett. Xixist looks at Linett and applauds! Pendus applauds. Khestryl raises her tankard, drinking deeply from the mulled wine inside. Kitainya lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Chabelle looks at Linett and applauds! Useff lets out a loud "Huzzah!" Lethargy makes a chirring noise in Linett's direction. Southridge says, "congradulations" Xixist stands up. Ghilayne gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Xixist looks at Linett and applauds! Daerlynn smiles. Linett says, "Thank you very much for listening, and sharing time with me and each person here. And for being the best audience EVER." Gylee lets out a loud "Huzzah!" for Linett! Gylee stands up. Kaladrax just took the hand of Linett and gently kissed the back of it. Nilme smiles at Linett. Gylee applauds. Donalisa purrs happily in Linett's general direction. Ghilayne stands up. Esmaril says to Useff, "You are a fortunate one. Do hurry her home." Xixist smiles. Wyndz smiles. Destinie smiles at Linett. Ghilayne applauds. Lethargy smiles and cheers the whole adience. Raising his dark Gwenalion ale to Linett, Stelling gives her a toast. Useff grins at Esmaril. Cayene clucks his tongue and shakes his head. Donalisa chuckles. Useff asks Esmaril, "For your sake or mine?" Linett quietly says to Esmaril, "You did say later." Cayene laughs at Useff. Khestryl begins chortling at Useff. Daerlynn recites:

   "Ok, NOW lets hear it all for Linett...."

Linett licks her lips. Tiso stands up. Esmaril says to Useff, "Both." Esmaril applauds. Dulcinie lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Nilme lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Dulcinie lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Donalisa lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Xixist looks at Linett and applauds! Lethargy applauds. Dulcinie lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Khestryl applauds. Kitainya lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Tashya grins. Cardinalred looks at Linett and applauds! Linett blushes, the tips of her ears turning a delicate scarlet hue. Develling gets an impish expression on his face, and lets out a hearty cheer. Raziaar stands up. Raising her dark rum to Linett, Tashya gives her a toast. Xixist lets out a loud "Huzzah!" for Linett! With a suave grin, Tiso dramatically tosses his gentleman's greatcloak over his shoulder. He bows deeply, gently taking Linett's hand and politely kissing the back of it. Raziaar lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Nilme applauds. Useff leaps to his feet! Tiso exclaims, "Well done, lass!" Tiso looks at Linett and applauds! Useff pulls Linett to him in a tight hug. Chabelle lets out a hearty cheer for Linett! Niteshiver says, "i didnt know one could sing songs like tha tin elanthia" Niteshiver lets out a deep sigh of contentment. Linett gazes at Niteshiver. Raziaar grins at Linett. Linett blushes, the tips of her ears turning a delicate scarlet hue.

Daerlynn recites:

   "Our next concert is in two weeks, with Jilette!"

Niteshiver gazes at Linett. Daerlynn smiles. Gylee applauds. Xixist applauds. Xixist smiles.

Linett says to Dulcinie, "As a reward instead you can listen to a song about you and Gallanthur." Linett hums to herself.

Daerlynn recites:

   "There is a salon at the Half Pint, immediately following this...!"

Daerlynn smiles. Linett says, "Oooh and then you can all hear my song for Marhor." Lethargy beams! Michie asks Linett, " Have you more to share.. please?" Linett says, "Markhor." Linett gazes at Michie. Niteshiver nods to Linett.

Daerlynn recites:

   "And don't forget the play on Friday, Nissa's Choice!"

Daerlynn recites:

   "Thank you all!"

Ghilayne glances at Niteshiver. Khestryl grins . Linett exclaims, "Thank you all soooooo much!" Linett bounces around happily. (Linett pulls her shift back down.) Useff winks at Linett with a playful sparkle in his eyes. Khestryl quietly says to Linett, "Marvelous...no need to worry."

Donalisa chants in a mezzo-soprano voice:

   "Going to halfpint, join me"

Linett hugs Esmaril, who wraps his arms around Linett with a warm smile.

Donalisa chants in a mezzo-soprano voice:

   "Be sure you're standing"

Esmaril stands up. Esmaril bows to Linett. Esmaril just took the hand of Linett and gently kissed the back of it.

Niteshiver says, "its love and lust at the half pint"

Linett just blew Esmaril a kiss.

Donalisa chants in a mezzo-soprano voice:

   "Leaving soon"

Esmaril bows to Useff.
