First, let's make sure we're on the same page with the words we're using, since in DR we screw with some common definitions. |

Magic: Manipulating mana streams to produce supernatural effects. |

Magical: Related to magic as defined above. |

Not everything that produces a supernatural effect is necessarily magical, but much of it is. It really depends on each individual item, and how its creator conceives it. For your specific example, [[polo cloak]]s are magical. Your friendly neighborhood magic user can help confirm this: |
