Biography

Skydelph Vandigo was born on the 24th day of the 4th month of Shorka the Cobra in the year of the Emerald Dolphin, 299 years after the victory of Lanival the Redeemer. His father Landrick Vandigo was of the Mountain Elves and was rumored to have ties with the Bone Elves, perhaps even had belonged to their clan. Those rumors resulted with Landrick's death in the year 365 at the age of 234. He died somewhere in the Dragonspine Mountains while on an expedition. There is no knowledge of whom his mother was. Much of his youth is unknown, other than he grew up a privileged child. His Father's expedition and exceptional Enchanting skills left him well off and well taken care of. He was schooled in Throne City with the hopes he would follow in his Father's footsteps and learn the ways of Lunar Magic, however after attending a brief lecture on Elemental Magic, he joined the Warrior Mage guild against his fathers wishes. After his father's death, he was adopted as a brother by the Cleric Veralika.

Skydelph is an Aristocrat first always brandishing his wealth and political ties to accomplish his goals, while all the while keeping his hands from getting dirty in the process. It is rumored that he had ties with Lord Sorrow while claiming to remain neutral during the war, however those rumors have never been proven. He is also an outspoken political activist whom quite frequently voices his distaste for Zoluren and Therengian Nobility. He openly supports The Haven Revolutionary Army and other political movements, however as in most cases he remains neutral. One of his most controversial views, is that the Bone Elves are misunderstood and not pre-disposed to evil, and actively defends the motives of the Necrolord Sidhlot. He has also been known to get into heated arguments over Lanival and Teiro, of course taking the side of the latter. He blames the downfall of Teiro on the treacherous harlot Nissa.

He has a well known dislike for most Humans and a loathing of Dwarves, and is fascinated by the Dragon Priests.

He has one natural child a daughter by the name of Ravenlilly who he spoils, and an adopted son Luxlor, a Gor'Tog whom from observation Skydelph treats as more of a slave than kin. He has a second adopted son Turrible, oddly enough a human whom is also a Warrior Mage.
