I've just rolled out an update to the skills a character is granted upon joining a guild to fix several oversights between the new guild reqs and what was being granted. A summary of changes:


Paladins: Increased to 2 ranks of Evasion
Barbarians: Increased to 3 ranks of Evasion and will properly have 1 rank in relevant magic skills.
Traders: Increased to 4 ranks of lore skills.
Empaths: Increased to 4 ranks of lore skills and 2 ranks of survival skills.
Bards: Increased to 4 ranks of lore skills.
Warrior Mages: Decreased summoning to 4 ranks since it can now be trained from level 1.
Moon Mages: Increased to 3 ranks of lore skills.
Thieves: Will properly have 1 rank in relevant magic skills.
Necros: Will now start with 1 rank of light armor and 1 rank of small edge, but no other weapon/armor skills. Will also start with 3 ranks of Sorcery.

Defending, Parry, Offhand, Melee/Missile Mastery, Forging, Engineering, Outfitting and Alchemy are all now granted at level 1 when appropriate on a per guild basis.
