He is elderly for a Human.
He has a thick, evenly trimmed full mustache that droops heavily on his upper lip.
He is wearing a thin silver circlet set with a single cabochon bloodgem, a crisp white linen shirt with embroidered cuffs and collar, some black wool pants with braid-trimmed pockets, some polished black riding boots, a lacquered scabbard, a brilliantly polished set of plate armor engraved with the seal of Therengia and a ceremonial tower shield engraved with the baronial crest of House Theren.
Trading Card
The ruler of Therengia, Jeladric Theren is gruff and uncompromising. A master knight, the cautious and wary Baron is a veteran of countless battles, and he is regarded as one of the finest military strategists in the Five Provinces. Though he's built up the Therengian army and the Baron's Guard into the finest force in the lands, his nation's finances suffer from mismanagement. He is honorable and just, but still mourns past sorrows.
Artwork
Found on the grounds Theren Keep is a statue:
- The statue depicts a Human man clad in plate armor, his gloved hands steepled over the pommel of a broadsword that rests against the ground in front of him. His thinning hair is secured by a hammered gold circlet set with a cabochon bloodgem. A chain of office rests against his armored chest. White Therengian roses grow on either side of the monument, their delicate blossoms echoed in wreaths of carved white marble roses encircling a polished onyx plaque on the statue's base.
- There seems to be something written on it.
- A cast bronze statue of a Human Paladin reads:
- Jeladric Theren IV
- 18th Baron of Therengia
- Reigned 318 to 375 AtV
- "United at Last with his White Rose of Theren."
