The Rattler, enforcer for Kalag.
Has long (since 2001, at least) been rumored to be an assassin. May be an agent of the Thieves Guild. Worked for Baron Jeladric in Theren as a Commander. Rumored to have helped Midjure when he was imprisoned.
Bilgrath, was hired by Lord Sorrow to disrupt the organization of citizens in Zoluren against his efforts to rule the world.

He is wearing a polished silver great helm with a blackened dragon mask glaring down from the brow, some silver scale gauntlets with ornamental blackened talons extending from the fingertips, some articulating silver ceremonial plate constructed out of interlocking pieces crafted to resemble overlapping dragon-like scales, an elaborately braided ceremonial spidersilk sheath, some black leather riding boots with silver spurs, a jadeite gwethdesuan, a red silk pouch embroidered with a golden dragon, a brooch shaped as two hands supporting a soulstone, a bold animite dragon pendant inset with fierce eyes of night-black spinel and a kyanite gwethdesuan.
