While not everything you will prey upon has blood, the spell will still function at some level upon anything with life or animating force.
Effect: Damage amplifier
Example Messaging: You gesture at an armored warklin.

Writhing black and red particles form around the armored warklin and pierce its body!
Your wracking curse overwhelms the armored warklin, heightening the pain that it receives.
Roundtime: 2 sec.

Contest Type: spirit / fortitude
Devices/Tattoos: Short blued steel implement

Notes

  • Affected targets are no longer obvious in the room look description. ASSESS will show victims as "pained".
  • Does not display third person messaging after the initial cast.
  • Modified by the Anabasis metaspell Ebon Blood of the Scorpion. It gains practically infinite duration but becomes limited to one target at a time. If a creature dies with it, the curse will jump to another creature in the room.
  • Casting this spell inside a standard justice zone generates Social Outrage.
