Found at the end of Escutcheon Boulevard in NW Therenborough, this public hall acts as an administrative building for the city. Within can be found the local Item Registration office, Citizenship office, Estate Holder office that works with Homes, the Genealogy Office that works with family and name changes and a Passport Office where you can ASK LICENSER ABOUT PASSPORT to receive a passport to pass thru Fornsted on the road to Muspar'i.
History
This building was named after Ibec Theren, who founded the earliest settlements that are now Therenborough. According to the room description in one of the Walk of Heroes rooms, the building itself was formerly a Paladin Guildhall.
