This is the "VERBSCloak4" template to list all the actions for a particular set of cloaks that are similar to the gowns and dresses using Template:VERBSGown3.
Cloaks, mantles, and other articles of clothing using this template have the following study: Thinking about the <item>, you wonder if you might not be able to ADJUST, ARRANGE, BITE, CLEAN, CLUTCH, FIDGET, FLIP, KICK, PAT, PINCH, ROLL, RUB, SHAKE, STRUT, TIE, WAVE, and YANK it.
It should be called in the following format:
