Scion of Forest Elf nobility, Ralel's family has long since lost much of its influence and stature. Nevertheless, Ralel managed to wed the woman who would become the Mayor of Leth Deriel, city of the Forest Elves. He had ties to both the city and to Queen Morganae, ruler of northern Ilithi, but he chafed under what he viewed as the dwindling significance of his people and the Human-rule of his city. Ralel formed a terrorist group known as the L'Karm and attempted to foment rebellion in Leth Deriel, but after he was tried by the united monarchs of the Five Provinces, his movement fell apart.

...Then there was the case of Ralel, who devised extremely dangerous creatures infected with a necromantic poison... a poison which they would then spread. Ralel employed these monsters to further his goals as an Elven separatist, who sought independent sovereignty for the city of Leth Deriel. He was also a member of the court of Queen Morganae -- interesting, that, considering that her greatest rivals are Necromancers. Perhaps she employed Ralel, and gave him such wide latitude in his affairs, in order that she may have a counterbalancing force against Sidhlot; one Necromancer to combat another...

You see Ralel Maleiron, an Elf.
He has black eyes, shoulder length straight black hair that is tied back, and dark skin.
He is mature for an Elf.
He is in good shape.
Wisps of shadow seem to cling all around Ralel.
He is wearing some black hunting leathers, a woven black mesh bandolier brushed along the edges with silver, a jadeite gwethdesuan, a kyanite gwethdesuan, a shadowy-black cloak, a silver-edged scabbard, a silver amulet, some black ankle boots, an onyx signet ring and a braided leather armband interwoven with strands of malachite.

You see Ralel Maleiron, an Elf.
Ralel has an angular face with elegant arched eyebrows, pointed ears and silver-flecked black eyes. His black hair is long and straight with grey at the temples, and is worn in a simple, pulled-back style held in place by a length of undyed leather. He has tanned skin and a lean build.
He appears to be patronly.
He is in good shape.
He is holding an enameled medallion-shaped clasp surrounded by a pleated black ribbon in his right hand.
He is wearing a thin silver circlet, a dark cloak, a smoky linen shirt, an onyx-inlaid scabbard, an onyx signet ring, some supple leather pants and some black ankle boots.
