Lhars is a Sand Elf Necromancer originally discovered in Muspar'i while attempting to charter a boat. He came to the attention of Inquisitors in Therengia, who gated him to the High Temple in Zoluren when he proved to be too much for the local authorities to handle. After murdering his escorts and escaping, he was tracked down and slain twice by Therengians and Zolurenites in Crossing before escaping again back to Muspar'i. There powerful constructs called Gam Chaga invaded.
Since then he apparently found passage to Ratha, where he was slain by locals before besieging them with various undead.
Lhars corrupted the sacred yeehar graveyard in the Velaka Desert and created the Cadaverous Yeehar.

Lhars has pointed ears and crystal green eyes. His black hair is long and fine, and is worn loose. He has copper skin and a lean build.
He is tall for an Elf.
He is in his prime for an Elf.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a full chain helm, a tattered desert shroud, a yeehar-bone spear, some scratched chainmail, some chain gauntlets, a scuffed belt knife, a leather scabbard, a bag and a pair of faded leather boots.
