Description:	The Banner of Truce spell forestalls violence in the area for a few minutes, but is more difficult to cast if there is active combat going on at the time. Once it forms, however, any Paladin with the spell can enhance it by casting again while in the same area, though it becomes increasingly more difficult with each cast.

Example Messaging:	You gesture. A ghostly white banner fades into view overhead.

Notes

To end the effect early use RELEASE BANNER.
The following messaging is sent to the entire room when this is done. "PALADINNAME calmly flicks one hand toward a ghostly white banner, and it begins to fade away." After 9-11 seconds, the banner will drop entirely with the following message "The ghostly banner fades out of sight." This is the same message as expiry.
