Notes
- To end the effect early use RELEASE BANNER.
- The following messaging is sent to the entire room when this is done. "PALADINNAME calmly flicks one hand toward a ghostly white banner, and it begins to fade away." After 9-11 seconds, the banner will drop entirely with the following message "The ghostly banner fades out of sight." This is the same message as expiry.
