== Item Template ==

<br> Yeah, no problem, I actually wasn't sure what to use, I cut and paste an item from some other store and it was "t=c". I realized a was for armor and w was for weapons but I wasn't sure what to use for other stuff. I'll check out the template you linked for next time, thanks.--[[User:Khelek|Khelek]] 08:21, 1 November 2009 (UTC)

Nice work on the guild articles! --Farman 09:58, 26 March 2007 (CDT)

Shops

Great job on adding all those shops. Keep it up!

--Naeya (talk) 20:25, 26 May 2007 (CDT)

Again, great work on the Aesry Surlaenis'a shops.

--Naeya (talk) 09:52, 2 July 2007 (CDT)

Hehe, again, great work on the shop and item updates. Thank you for your hard work!

Naming convention

Have we suddenly decided to use the Wikipedia naming conventions instead of the proper names of the items? I'm a mite confused.--Naeya (talk) 09:07, 27 June 2008 (CDT)

Template:ShopItem is set up to Capitalize the first letter of the first word and make all the other letters lowercase. To get the catalog listings correct for items like Item:Black tarr ale there would either need to be a redirect page from "Black tarr ale" to "Black Tarr ale" or use an exception for each link in a shop's catalog. I felt this was the easier route, but I don't think there's been an official decision on how to handle such names. Calling it a convention's a little strong, but I couldn't think of a better phrasing

Ahh ok. Thanks for the explanation. :) I've been out of the loop on the Item explosion.--Naeya (talk) 10:29, 27 June 2008 (CDT)

Template Docs

Thanks for updating them, I keep forgetting. -Caraamon Strugr-Makdasi(talk) 04:20, 14 July 2008 (CDT)

fest shop template

Heya! Just a note - I think it's customary to leave the province/town off of Festival shops. Or so sayeth the all powerful {{Store At A Glance}} template instructions.--Naeya (talk) 10:29, 1 November 2008 (CDT)

Whoops, done to many shop it became a habit.

Cleric Spell Tree

Nice job on the updated spell tree. Just wanted to give you a heads up that Sick only requires Rejuve and Soul Shield requires PFE and Rejuve, not SICK, so they should be a second tier. --Thilan 22:18, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

Hey, just a few other things that I didn't notice earlier -- OM is required for AO, not Reve, Vigil is required for AE in addition to DR and Bene requires Bless in addition to MaPP. I can't figure out a way to make the last two fit into the chart, so maybe just footnote AE & Bene. --Thilan 05:08, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Looks good, just SOS should be yellow since it's in the Holy Defense spellbook and Sanctify Pattern was just released so should be added. It's a second tier Holy Enchantments spell with Bless as a prereq, so it could fit right between HOT and DR. Again, awesome job -- I wish I had a clue about editing (even the link Naeya gave me mystified me) so I wouldn't have to bother you! --Thilan 16:07, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
If you're working on a new image to include FoU, then SoS should be changed to yellow since it's a Holy Defense spell and not Spirit Manipulation. Nice job keeping on top of it. --thilan 15:02, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
Could have sworn I did that already. Must have uploaded an older copy when I changed it prevously.

Sysop nomination

Would you be interested in sysop status to help expedite some of your projects? Namely all the namespace moves you've been making, so you can delete the old articles. You've also proven to be an asset to the wiki in other areas. Let me know if you are interested.--Naeya (talk) 15:48, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Sure, I'd be happy to clean up after my messes :)
-Glimmereyes 16:17, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
There you go. Use it wisely! :) --Naeya (talk) 16:48, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Armor:Visored helm

Am I missing anything, but you changed the hinderance lines on this and as a Trader I just got a certain appraise (though not weight) and came up with what I posted here. I don't recall which store I bought my helm from, so it could be a variance between tembeg's and the ilithi store though... not sure. --Callek 14:51, 31 December 2008 (UTC)

Both Shard and Crossing appraise as Fair hindrance. You might have a Helm from a critter drop.
-Glimmereyes 15:56, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
Hmmm, fair enough -- I'll verify again later tonight, I'll just buy a new helm to check. If we get conflicting information might make sense to meet you in game and compare them together... I'll let you know here though --Callek 18:52, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
Just bought from crossing and "If you were only wearing a visored helm you could expect your maneuvering to be unhindered and your stealth to be lightly hindered." One of two things could be going on here, (1) I am misremembering how to interpret this line... and this is not the true exact-message; or (2) Hinderance is actually calculated and displayed based on the character doing the appraisal... which would make our listing here very very suboptimal. If neither is (likely) the case, willing to try and meet me one day to try and figure out why we are getting different appraisals? --Callek 04:10, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
There are two Hinderance lines, a static and one that takes the character's Armor skill into account. You want the line just above the Protections, it'll say "You feel certain that a visored helm appears to impose fair maneuvering hindrance and fair stealth hindrance, offering:"
-Glimmereyes 16:11, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
Ahhh, Makes me wonder how I forgot that; sorry then (confirmed fair/fair) --Callek 18:05, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

RanikMap4

You dropped some movement arrows, and shifted some rooms slightly... any special reason or by accident? (compare [1] vs. [2] at its expanded state. --Callek 17:59, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Good catch on the Directional, completely missed that.
As for shifting the rooms, a pet peeve of mine is when the diagnal movements don't actually hit the corners of the rooms. Not a big enough annoyance to go through all the maps, but if I'm going to edit the map anyways, I usually try to make them line up.

You're A Disturbed Person

...for going through all those templates and updating them. Welcome to the club! -Moderator Caraamon Strugr-Makdasi(talk) 23:47, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

Oh ya, and thanks.-Moderator Caraamon Strugr-Makdasi(talk) 23:48, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
It's a break from cleaning out the Concept name space and adding all the food items I've gathered. Mmm, tedium ;)

Skinning Knife Fix

Thanks for the fix on naming for the Skinning knives. I wasn't sure how to approach that, but I'll try to remember the (1) / (2) in the future.

The GMs are usually pretty good about not reusing names so not a big worry, but sometimes they like to throw us a curve ball.
