After centuries of isolation, the [[Ru'atin Peri'el]] agreed to teach Bards some of what they had preserved of the ancient art of using the voice as both a weapon and a means to focus themselves to accomplish amazing feats. Such an action is not without its price, however. The scream draws from your own [[Bardic_Mojo|inner reserve of strength]], and using it without sufficient cause may leave you too drained to use it or other abilities when you truly do need them
