He will offer to sell you new spell prep messaging. The cost is 10 plat for spell preps associated with your guild and 50 plat to learn a spell prep from another guild. Preps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are Warrior Mage preps, 5 and 6 are Moon Mage prep, 7 is a Cleric prep, 8, 9, and 10 are Bard preps and 11 is a Necromancer prep. Paladins and Clerics cannot learn the Necromancer prep. ORDER <#> FROM MAGE.
