As part of the L'Karm associations, Haragil was sent as a special envoy on behalf of several provinces to intercede and negotiate with Ralel.
Appearance
You see Honorable Sir Haragil Nilso Special Envoy, an Elothean
He has dark eyes, is bald, and has pale skin.
He is fairly young for an Elothean.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a brown leather rucksack, a pair of black calfskin hipboots, an
inlaid jade band, a gold heart-shaped amulet with a tiny diamond in the
center, a leather scroll pouch cinched with a bronze albatross, an ebony
skullcap crookedly circled with ornate gold braid, some azure trunk hose, a
finely-woven woolen doublet embroidered with a band of shimmering gold symbols
written in the ancient language of Ilithi on a deep black background and a
black full-length cape colorfully and intricately embroidered with a crouching
mountain lion.
Credentials and Information
Haragil carried with him several scrolls. One from Zoluren, one from Therengia, one from Ilithi and one from the Mountain.

It reads: "On this the 36th day of the first month of year 356, I Pendegast, High councillor of Zoluren, proclaim the holder of this document has the power to mediate on our behalf in the matter of the ownership of Leth Deriel and the lands south of the Segoltha."

It reads: "On this the 36th day of the 1st month in year 356, I Kukalakai, Fehrdal of Shard, hereby give the bearer of this document diplomatic powers to represent Ilithi and its environs in the matter of the ownership of Leth Deriel and the land south of the Segoltha

It reads: "On this the 36th day of the 1st month in year 356, I Jeladric, Baron of Therengia, hereby give the bearer of this document diplomatic powers to represent Therengia and its environs in the matter of the ownership of Leth Deriel and the land south of the Segoltha
and finally, the letter which sealed Ralel's fate
Haragil taps a leather scroll embossed with the clan crest of the Mountain
Elves.
Haragil says, "On this the 36th day of the 1st month in year 356, I Morganae,
Queen of the Mountain Elves, hereby declare Ralel Maleiron as outlaw and
outcast. May noone who holds fealty to my realm give shelter to this traitor
from this day hence."
These scrolls were presented at a meeting held in Leth Deriel at which Jastev, Stormbright, and Samathia spoke on behalf of Ralel and his efforts. Tyryan, Salamae, and Nikkara spoke on behalf of Haragil and the represented provinces. At the conclusion of the meeting, Haragil receives the scroll from the Mountain Court. At this point, Ralel and his followers scatter. Ralel is later murdered by Wildmann. After he is revived, Ralel and Kerilidail commence on "a long journey".
