He appears to be venerable.
He has a tattoo of a windblown palm tree backlit by Yavash's crimson glow on his wrist.
He is in good shape.

He is wearing a mysterious high-collared nightsilk longcoat cinched with multiple straps and buckles, an elegant suit exquisitely tailored from shadowy-black cashmere and some broken-in black leather boots laced with small strips of leather.

Tattoo

  • a tattoo of a windblown palm tree backlit by Yavash's crimson glow
    • (located on wrist / acquired on Taisidon Safari - first run 2003)

Sect

Shadow Servant

  • a tenebrous Shadow Servant engulfed in a frenzy of errant shadows
    • (altered during Hollow Eve Festival 410 / alterer: G'nar Pethian Twilightberry)

Prized Possessions

  • a mysterious high-collared nightsilk longcoat cinched with multiple straps and buckles
    • Fashioned from flowing nightsilk, the longcoat seems constantly in motion, an illusion supported by diagonal seaming from shoulder to hem. Four slim straps fasten across the front, each adorned with a silver buckle, ensuring a snug fit to the waist. A small silver seven-pointed star shines on the left chest, symbol of the Empire.
      • In the nightsilk longcoat you see a small label.
        • A small label reads: "B & B Collectibles."
          • (altered)

  • a chaotically-etched nimsha with a moonsilk wrapped grip
    • Both sides of this flame-darkened blade are nearly completely etched with thin chaotic swirls which seemingly culminate into a small stylized, upturned "Q" at the tip of the blade. Exquisitely etched at the center of the design is the sigil of the Progeny of Tezirah, encompassed by a circle of shadowy moth-shaped silhouettes. The grip is tightly wrapped with pale blue moonsilk, which leads to a darkened Elven silver pommel inset with a cracked Xibar topaz.
      • (altered during Hollow Eve Fest 414 / alterer: Keishalae / original item: flame-darkened nimsha from Taisidon Safari 413 / bonded)

  • a shadowy black leather rucksack lined with pale blue moonsilk
    • Lined with exquisite pale blue moonsilk, the interior is stitched with the outlines of shadowy moths thereby giving the appearance of them trying to escape the rucksack. Affixed to the bottom corner of the flap is a small blackened steel plate etched with the sigil of the Progeny of Tezirah, while a stylized, upturned "Q" made of darkened Elven silver acts as the clasp.
      • (altered during Hollow Eve Fest 414 / alterer: Keishalae / Embiggened 3 times by Bildon at Hollow Eve Fest 414 / original item: hand-stitched rucksack from Taisidon Safari 413 / bonded)

  • a double-layered shirt made of dark nightsilk
    • Cut from the finest nightsilk, this form-fitting shirt is comprised of two thin fuligin black layers that cling to each other as well as the wearer's torso and arms. The clinging effect of the layers generates excess folds across the fabric, giving the shirt a unique and dynamic appearance that shifts with the wearer's movements.
      • (altered during Taisidon Safari 413 / alterer: Mylin)

  • a silver and moonstone ring inset with the seal of the Progeny of Tezirah
    • Inset into this simple, polished silver band is a faceted crystalline gem. The gem glows with a soft blue-white light.
      • A silver and moonstone ring reads: "Island Tezirite"
        • (altered during Guildfest 409 / eye color changing ring)

  • a blackened moonsilver talisman bearing the sigil of Tezirah
    • This heavily tarnished moonsilver talisman possesses an eerie black glow that emphasizes the thinly etched chaotic swirls which completely cover its surface. The sigil representing Tezirah has been masterfully carved from a single large moonspun ruby and inset into the center of this small talisman. Affixed to the top is a narrow, frail-looking chain made from darkened silver.
      • (altered during Taisidon Safari 417 / alterer: Mylin / original item: silver talisman engraved with the sigil of Tezirah / neck worn)

  • a coconut shrouded in nightsilk webbing and suspended from a black diamond clip
    • The coconut has been hollowed and dried, and its top cut out and reattached as a lid, turning it into a small container. The coconut is cradled inside a small nightsilk net, giving the surface a darker and more weblike appearance. A short nightsilk cord attaches the contraption to a spider-shaped clip that hooks onto a belt by the fangs.
      • (altered belt worn container / also altered to hide cambrinth, lumpy bundles, containers, belt items, weapons, gwethdesuans and armor / alterer: Keishalae and Turialo and Andriette)

  • some contoured black leathers stitched with elaborate scrollwork on the upper back
    • Crafted from the finest cured leather, this fitted armor is light yet strong, allowing for easy movement without sacrificing safety. Embroidered onto the upper back is a design of elaborate and beautiful scrollwork spanning from one shoulder to the other. Small straps and buckles are strategically placed in various places to fasten the leathers securely.
      • (altered during Guildfest 409 / original item: shalswar-hide leathers)

  • some contoured black leather gloves wrapped with thin leather straps
    • Crafted from the finest cured leather, these fitted gloves are light yet strong, allowing for easy movement of the fingers without sacrificing safety. The backs of the gloves, just above the cuffs, are embroidered with elaborate and beautiful scrollwork. Thin leather straps wrap around the wrists and are fastened with darkened steel buckles, ensuring that the gloves remain secured when worn.
      • (altered during Guildfest 412 / alterer: Andriette / original item: shalswar-hide gloves)

  • a contoured black leather cowl
    • Crafted from the finest cured leather, this fitted head armor is light yet strong, allowing for good visibility and easy movement of the head without sacrificing safety. Lacking any embellishments, this simple cowl is snug enough to stay in place without the need for straps and buckles.
      • (altered during Hollow Eve Fest 414 / alterer: Keishalae / original item: shalswar-hide cowl)

  • a sleek dark ebonwood sign that reads "MOONGATES AVAILABLE"
    • Light blue words upon the dark ebonwood mark out the message written beneath a trio of moons. The sign itself is made to stand alone, its clever design allowing it stability on any surface without too much added weight.
      • A dark ebonwood sign reads: "MOONGATES AVAILABLE. Please inquire with Sydnee of the Progeny."
        • (altered during Hollow Eve Fest 392 / alterer: Darix)

  • a wristwrap of leather dyed smoky black
    • Cut to loop about the thumb, the wrap is designed to span the hand across the palm and secure about the wrist and forearm. The soft leather follows the curves of hand and wrist, lending support yet allowing freedom of movement. Scratched upon the leather straps are crude maps, perhaps diagrams of forgotten and forbidden ways. A name or password was also etched along the leather at the back of the wrist but is now marred by a burn mark obliterating all but the suggestion of it.
      • A leather wristwrap reads: "Shadow artist."
        • (altered wristwrap)

  • an elegant suit exquisitely tailored from shadowy-black cashmere
    • This extremely well-made garment is designed to accent the male physique, with fitted stitching in all the right places. Dyed the deepest hue of a starless night, the material has a warm, soft feel despite a cool undertone in the pigment.
      • (altered suit)

  • a black spidersilk smuggler's pouch edged in moonlight blue thread
    • This dark yet elegant pouch has no discernable opening in its seemingly endless folds of spidersilk. A thin layer of moonstone dust gives the blue thread the look of Xibar's glowing aura when the light hits it.
      • (altered spidersilk pouch)

  • some broken-in black leather boots laced with small strips of leather
    • You see nothing unusual.
      • (altered boots)

  • a silver bracer engraved with the image of a seven-pointed star
    • The image of a seven-pointed star is deeply engraved into the buffed silver face of the bracer, drawing attention away from the wide strap of ebony leather that secures the piece around the wrist.
      • (unknown origin)

  • a charred leather glove
    • You see nothing unusual.

Home

While rarely ever in one place for long, Sydnee still keeps a small apartment located in the Crossing sewers to go home to.

[Sydnee's Home]
Walls of unfinished stone and a polished walnut floor covered by a woven red spidersilk carpet enclose this tiny hovel. In one corner lies an overstuffed leather sofa, and near the sofa sits a low glass table resting upon ebonwood legs. A gorgeous riverstone fireplace burns along the far wall with a dark hickory-framed painting hanging above it. The room holds a lingering scent of falling rain. You also see a short-haired Katamba-black cat, a high arched frosted glass window, a cross-braced and reinforced plank door, a curved mahogany rack with highly polished bronze trim, a shadowy grey wooden chest carved with whorls of curling smoke, a bamboo meditation bench and a curved mahogany stand with highly polished bronze trim.
Obvious exits: none.
