Feature alteration is generally only available via a voucher from an event. Currently, there is only 1 known alterer that performs the service, Beezell, outside of the system-available options that Empaths can perform via Shift.
Below are the rules for feature alterations as approved by staff and made available to all for the purpose of aiding in the case of a voucher being offered.
General Rules
- All colors must be colors that exist in Elanthia.
- May not imply constant motion, inflict feelings or actions on others, or be suggestive/vulgar.
- You may not give yourself a constant/active expression or in any other way imply a static mood.
- May not give yourself extra body parts or any other way fundamentally alter how your race looks.
- May not give yourself any title or affiliation you do not already have.
- Wording order must stay the same as the templates below.
- Each text slot may be 30-50 characters, including spaces.
- The entire feature line may only be 512 characters total, including spaces.
- Skin may not become scales, scales may not become fur, et al.
- Avoid active sounding descriptions and instead stay closer to physical descriptions.
- Unmarked [text] on the templates below may not be changed. Please consider it when writing your features.
- If you get shifted after getting your features altered, you will NOT be able to get your altered feature back.
Additional Rules for Prydaen and Rakash
- Prydaen
- 1) Tortoiseshell and calico coats should not have markings.
- 2) Glittered coats should not have any additional markings.
- 3) Prydaens with secondary markings must have BOTH color AND pattern set.
- 4) Markings and secondary markings should not be the same color as the coat.
- Rakash
- 1) Agouti, brindled, tricolor and piebald coats shouldn't have any additional markings or masks.
- 2) Secondary markings should not be the same color as the coat.
- 3) If the player has no secondary markings, the mask should not be the same color as the coat (if they have secondary markings, it can be any color)
