Covellite will make great tongs. But first, it must be mixed with a heavier material to bring the density above 3; anything less and the ingot will break on the anvil. With 70% covellite, the density of the material needs to be 5.4 or above; silver/lead/bronze work great for this. |

Tongs are a crafting tool used in Blacksmithing, Weaponsmithing, and Armorsmithing.
See Crafting Tools for details.
Creation and Repair
Tongs can be created using forging techniques that fall under the Blacksmithing discipline.
Likewise, their repair falls under the same skills, with standard processes for metal tool repair.
Templates
Tongs use material thermal resistance to derive their effectiveness.

Crafting Notes
Covellite will make great tongs. But first, it must be mixed with a heavier material to bring the density above 3; anything less and the ingot will break on the anvil. With 70% covellite, the density of the material needs to be 5.4 or above; silver/lead/bronze work great for this.
