Look: Alternating matte and lustrous finishes give the richly dyed silk distinct, wafer-thin striping. Drawn up and pleated along both side seams, the smooth fabric drapes sinuously into a number of artfully arranged swags, revealing a multitude of lacy, floor-sweeping petticoats. Sprinkled with luminous silvery-blue beads, the layers of iridescent black lace shimmer with a play of blue, green and golden hues, the colorful display heightened by the soft azure glow emanating from the sapphirine metal.
