The Mer'Kresh Forging Society is a place to practice the forging disciplines of Blacksmithing, Armorsmithing, and Weaponsmithing.

Forging Society Mistress Yalda is on hand to issue workorders, teach techniques, and grant a career or hobby if you choose.

[Forging Society, Bookstore]
A long, cypress counter serves as a partition between the bookstore and a much smaller office area, making it easy for Master Smith Kapric, who runs the facility, to keep an eye on customers when they enter and offer assistance when necessary. Tall racks are filled with sample books for the shopper who prefers to peruse the merchandise. You also see a prestige board and a large sign.

Masters and journeyman of the forging craft find a home in this room purchasing tools and ingredients. Loud thumps and groaning accompany the loading and unloading of goods from storage. You also see Forging Society Master Yalda, a large sign and a steel crate.

[Forging Society, Supplies]
A chamber with stone walls and a lofty, vaulted ceiling links the rooms of the forge. Its high arches help to subdue the clangor, letting it rise and echo in the space overhead. Waves of heat and flickering reddish light from the foundries to the west strive with the scream of the grindstones to the east and the pounding din of metal on metal from the smithies to the south. You also see an eastern arch, a western arch, a central arch and a large sign.
Obvious exits: north.

A large sign reads: "Welcome to our store! Materials, ingredients and packets for deeding items used in the forging process are sold here. Not all mining locations are civilized enough to offer immediate deeding of resources. To accommodate the fearless miner, deed packets are available for purchase here. Crafters may also use these to deed finished goods. Please STUDY them for instructions, and ORDER them at any time!"
