Forging Factor is a player-created term to describe one's aptitude for forging metal weapons and armor.
Formulae
The formula for weapons is:
(weapon skill * 0.6) + (average of related weapon skills * 0.3) + (Mechanical Lore * 0.1)
- Sample calculation for 2HE:
- (2HE * 0.6) + (HE+ME+LE)/3 * 0.3) + (ML * 0.1)
- (250 * 0.6) + (212+161+161)/3 * 0.3) + (176 * 0.1) = 221
The formula for armor is:
(armor skill * 0.6) + (related armor * 0.3) + (Mechanical Lore * 0.1)
- Sample calculation for HP:
- (HP * 0.6) + (LP * 0.3) + (ML * 0.1)
- (312 * 0.6) + (233 * 0.3) + (176 * 0.1) = 274.7
