Recall
This gavel commemorates the reign of the Elothean Moliko, known as the Balance, who wrote the laws known as Moliko's Codex. These laws became the basis of the laws of the Empire of the Seven-Pointed Star, and led to an expectation of fair and just application of law in Kermoria. She paved the way for Baraliban to bring the Dwarves and the Reshalians under the Empire.
