Happy Tuesday, folks!

This week, we've added some more perks to having good luck! There are 6 new interactions, and each only has a positive aspect -- there's no 'bad luck' aspect to any of these. Most also give a message when your luck has done something for you!

  1. B&E: Someone who is visible during a BURGLE attempt during the day time now has a chance to auto-hide if their good luck allows to prevent from failing the attempt.
  2. B&E: Once inside, your luck now gives a bonus to the chance of finding an item when you SEARCH. This one doesn't message, because it's still possible to fail the search.
  3. Justice: Good luck can allow you to avoid a guard searching for criminals on a given scan -- it may be just enough time to dash away from the guard, don't linger because luck may not save you on the next attempt!
  4. Justice: If you PLEAD INNOCENT but would have failed and been found guilty, there's now a chance for your luck to flip the failure back to a successful plea of innocence.
  5. Skinning (and arranging): If you would have failed an attempt, there's a chance your good luck can flip the failure back to a success.
  6. Treasure: There is now a very very small chance to find rare crafting materials from high-level, item-dropping creatures. Item-dropping means things like scrolls, maps, cards, etc. This starts with creatures at level 175+ -- anything below that will not have a chance at any crafting materials, rare or otherwise. Creatures level 175-189 can drop 'rare' materials if your luck allows, while those at 190+ can drop 'rare' or 'ultra rare'.

-- I want to stress how exceedingly rare these treasure finds may be. This is very much one of those cases where it's better for us to start with small odds, given the staggering number of creatures that die in the game each day, so that we don't flood the game and have to yank back on it later on. Maybe we'll increase it at some point, but we're going to want a good LONG period of observation and tracking before considering that. For now -- it's possible to find some rare stuff, and we'll leave it at that. We're not going to discuss particular odds.

None of these should be considered common. Luck isn't meant to guarantee success for anything, and with no bad luck versions of any of these, luck's influence is low. But when the stars align and your luck is just right, these should make for some nice moments!
