| Due to recent threats to our city that have proven devastating to our most powerful students and barely manageable ourselves, we have collectively decided that it's time for a change. Starting from this day, we will begin recognizing the feats and abilities of Guild members of circles up to two hundred. Be aware that each circle beyond the hundred and fiftieth will be a more grueling challenge than the last. Few of you will reach these heights, but those that do will be recognized as the most advanced Guild members in the land.
