[Old Rat's Tavern]
The bar's taproom has sawdust covered floors and dirty wood planks for walls. Flies swarm around open ale casks and piles of trash. A dirty counter is piled with unwashed ceramic mugs and tin cups. Stools are set up around a few beat-up tables. You also see the bartender Masul, a hole in the back wall, and some swinging doors.
