Kauko has an angular face with chiseled jawline and deep smile lines around his eyelids, silver-flecked blue-grey eyes, a crooked nose and dimples. His deep blue hair is short and curly with a white streak running through it, and is worn loose. He has black skin and a brawny build.
He is tall for a Kaldar.
He appears to be in his prime.
He has a thick bushy mustache that droops heavily on his upper lip and a thick beard twisted into three long braids.

He is wearing a worn leather haversack covered with scorch marks, a softly-drapped black silk tunic with silver lacing up the front, some polished tyrium full plate inlaid with night diamonds, a heavy leather forging apron, some tyrium gauntlets inlaid with night diamonds, some black leather breeches with reinforced knees and a pair of black leather boots with steel banding across the toes.

His hair has been dyed an outrageous shade of blue, matching the color of starflowers in late spring, bringing out the azure flecks in his dark grey eyes. Small laugh lines show at the edges of his deep-set eyes and his sensuous mouth. A straight nose sits evenly on a square-jawed face, marred only by a deep burn scar that follows the line of his right cheekbone. Broad shoulders are set upon a sturdy and muscular frame that stands tall for a Kaldar.

Kauko shows you some polished tyrium full plate inlaid with night diamonds. A jagged design made from platinum in angles and squares stretches outward from a inset gem expertly carved into the shape of a crouching panther. The shape of the creature rests just off center on the chest of this exquisitely crafted armor. Matching diamonds, smaller but just as detailed, have been set into the back of each wrist where the platinum pattern ends.

Alterations

Kauko is an Armorsmith first and foremost. He prefers to work with metal armors but has been known to work with other armor materials in the past. He will work with shields, because they are armor, but does not work on parry sticks.

During Guildfest, Kauko will often offer to work on Holy items for people. This includes both soulstones and pilgrim's badges.
