The pieces were assembled from a variety of creature drops, but the magically powered gem was the Hollow Eve Festival 396 gift.

It is not required that all one creature be used to create the creature.

It is still possible to make the base skeleton, but it is not possible to gain the magically animating gem.
These items bond to their owner, and should you obtain an unbonded animated one, they will ONLY work if you attended this HE festival.
