The Aesry Engineering Society is a place to practice the engineering disciplines of Carving, Shaping, and Tinkering.

An Engineering Master wanders the Society and is on hand to issue workorders, teach techniques, and grant a career or hobby if you choose.

This building can be found on Ayor Eloir'i'a. From just inside the Prayer Gate head east, north 3 times, climb the steps, north, east, northeast, north and look for a pale stone building.

Rooms

Main Hall

Tall latticework screens encircle conversational nooks, allowing the crafters to relax when not working. The double doors leading outside stand next to the various boards and banners displaying important information for the society members. An ornate arch leads east to the office of the master, while a hallway leads north towards the workshops.
You also see a carving banner, a shaping banner, a prestige board and a tinkering banner.
Obvious exits: north, east, west, northwest.


Bookstore

Standing forlornly in the middle of the room is a large table, stacked with neatly arranged piles of books and tomes. Pale birch planks cover the walls, helping to give a warm, comfortable feeling to the area.
You also see a sturdy low counter with a small placard on it, a clerk and a large sign.

  You can place your crafting tools on this counter, and
  a clerk will store it for you.  You can
  also ASK a clerk for the item that is in
  storage, and he will return it to you.  Finally, you can 
  ASK a clerk for a LIST of the items you
  have in storage, or for a REGISTER to allow you to store
  deeds easily.

  If you have multiple tools of the same name,
  a clerk will give you a sack with all of those
  tools.  If you ask for TOOLS, he will give you all of your
  tools that are currently in storage.  If you hold on to the
  sack you get from him, you can place that on the counter and
  a clerk will store everything inside for you.

Tool Shop

Neatly arranged on the shelves lining the walls are a wide assortment of tools, each one carefully stored for easy access by the salesclerks. A few craftspeople stand about, either conversing with others or perusing the wares on offer.
You also see a large sign.

Tastefully decorated with pale birch panels along the walls, this airy space serves as the working space for the master of the society. A paper-covered desk stands proudly in the center of the room while one corner has a leather-upholstered couch near a low table.

Hallway

Tall and airy, this wide corridor connects the front part of the society to the working spaces deeper within the building. A low arch to the east opens up to the depot.
You also see a tall door.
Obvious exits: north, northeast, east, south, northwest.


The tall door leads to renting a private work room.

Supply Depot

Wide and spacious, the large room is bustling with people moving and storing the myriad of supplies used by the craftspeople of the society. The thick stone floor shows signs of heavy wear and the occasional dent from falling materials.
You also see a large sign and a steel crate.
