Updated Information
T'Kashi mirror weapons are rare items that are enchanted to reflect the agility and strength of their wielder. A T'Kashi mirror weapon's suitedness to gaining extra attack power, its balance, and its puncture/slice/impact damage potential (depending on weapon type) will increase when wielded by someone with higher numbers in these statistics.
Who or what the T'Kashi is or are has never been explained, nor has the source of these weapons.
Original information
Mirror weapons are auction-grade adaptive weapons that were made or are associated somehow with the T'kashi.
As the user's agility and strength go up, the weapon becomes more balanced or suited, respectively. For each 20 points in the stat, one level of balance or suitability is gained.
