Look:	Polished to a gleaming finish, the tall shield is trimmed with an ornate laurel leaf design, each overlapping the next in an endless pattern. Emblazoned on the field of royal blue is a golden rampant lion, its raised forepaws exposing hooked claws while its roaring visage stares outward with fangs exposed. Bordering the field is a double tressure of gold with blooming white roses in each of the four corners. Riveted to the inner side of the piece is a small plaque that bears an elegantly etched script.
