Kanton was the leader of a Human clan. He and [[Sorril]], the Elven daughter of [[Keirnion]], eloped without [[Keirnion]]'s approval, sparking a five-year [[Elven-Human War|war]] between the Humans and the Elves. Towards the end of the war, Kanton was treacherously murdered by [[Rivyn]], [[Morganae]]'s son, the man [[Sorril]] was supposed to marry. Kanton had a right hip short sword named [[Glisinais]] that [[Sorril]] used to slay [[Rivyn]]. The twins [[Lanival]] and [[Sable]] are the children of Kanton and [[Sorril]]. |

Kanton was the leader of a Human clan. He and Sorril, the Elven daughter of Keirnion, eloped without Keirnion's approval, sparking a five-year war between the Humans and the Elves. Towards the end of the war, Kanton was treacherously murdered by Rivyn, Morganae's son, the man Sorril was supposed to marry. Kanton had a right hip short sword named Glisinais that Sorril used to slay Rivyn. The twins Lanival and Sable are the children of Kanton and Sorril.
