===Brewing Notes===
* Each time the jar lets off steam, one part of water is consumed. It's suggested to add two more parts water than tea to account for this, and wait for them to steam off before mixing. You can {{com|count}} {{tt|water in jar on stove}} (as well as the tea leaf) to see how many parts are left.
* Use peat for fuel because foraged sticks/branches/logs do not fit in the portable stove since the [[Shaping]] and [[Lumberjacking]] updates.
* When adding juice, substitute juice for water (e.g. blueberry juice for blueberry tea).
* Any "stick" will work for stirring. This includes foraged sticks or even your parry stick if you want to save on inventory.

Materials

Procedure

The procedure for making tea is a simplification of the process described at [Oramiwe's Art of Tea].

  1. FORAGE TEA LEAF and any flavoring ingredients (e.g. blueberries)
  2. Dry tea leaves in a wayerd pyramid
  3. CRUSH LEAF IN MORTAR WITH PESTLE
  4. COMBINE LEAF to combine the crushed dry tea leaf
  5. Add water to crushed leaf in jar
    1. Optional: Crush flavoring to juice or pulp
    2. Optional: Add flavor to jar with the tea.
  6. DROP STOVE
  7. FORAGE PEAT
  8. PUT PEAT IN STOVE
  9. LIGHT PEAT IN STOVE WITH FLINT
  10. Forage another peat and PUT MY PEAT ON PEAT IN STOVE. This will create a fire.
    • Continue to add peat by PUT PEAT ON FIRE IN STOVE until you have a good fire going, then CLOSE STOVE
  11. PUT JAR ON STOVE
  12. After you see steam rising from the jar, STIR JAR ON STOVE WITH MY STICK
    • Repeat stirring until you have tea.

Brewing Notes

  • Each time the jar lets off steam, one part of water is consumed. It's suggested to add two more parts water than tea to account for this, and wait for them to steam off before mixing. You can COUNT WATER IN JAR ON STOVE (as well as the tea leaf) to see how many parts are left.
  • Use peat for fuel because foraged sticks/branches/logs do not fit in the portable stove since the Shaping and Lumberjacking updates.
  • When adding juice, substitute juice for water (e.g. blueberry juice for blueberry tea).
  • Any "stick" will work for stirring. This includes foraged sticks or even your parry stick if you want to save on inventory.

Recipes

  • Blueberry tea: tea leaf and blueberry juice.
